Today is Friday, and also my last day home and with my friends.

Colby, Lydia, Sam and Kat helped me pack everything Tuesday, and yesterday everything was sent to Colby's house while I was out with my brother. I'm so freaking nervous. What if the pack doesn't like me? What if Colbys' friends don't like me?

The will like you, love. We are strong, and they'll see it.
Ugh, I wish you would tell me your name. I complained after hearing my wolf again.
My name is Athena, but call me Tina, I like it better. She responded to my surprise.
Wait, so now we can have real conversations? I asked. I can't believe I am really talking to my wolf.
Yes! Isn't it exiting? We can talk about Peter and Cole now together! She made a sound that I assumed would be some kind of wolf laugh.

"Babes, are you listening?" Lydia asked bringing me out of my conversation with Tina.
"Lyds, I just had a conversation with my wolf! It was the firsts time I actually talked to her." I said exited but low since we were in class.
"That is amazing! Your connection must be getting stronger, soon enough you most definitely will be able to shift. I'm so happy for you!"
"How is it.... The shift I mean" I asked getting kind of scared.
"Well, I won;t lie to you, the first time I shifted it was the most agonizing pain I have ever felt. Your bones are all breaking and being rearranged inside your body. But after a couple of times, it gets way easier and faster so it doesn't hurt as much, actually I barely feel it now a days." She admitted.
"I am sort of scared to be honest" I told my best friend.
"No need to be, love. You only have to let go when you feel it coming. Don't fight it, or it will hurt more."
"How am I supposed to be without you and Kira?" I don't know how to be without them, we have been together for more than half of my life.
"You'll be with Colby, Sam and Kat. And we can call and face time whenever. You'll be alright." She smiled and shook my arm.

I didn't have time to answer as our last bell rang. 4 more hours and I'll be on a plane...

COLBY'S POV

I just got off the phone with the events planer on my pack, mr.Dwight. I was organizing everything with him for the Luna ceremony. I wanted it to happen as soon as we got there, but looks like it will have to be postponed to Monday. I hate that I'll have to wait even more to mark my baby, but at least it will give her some time to settle down at our place. I respect her father and will follow his rule of waiting to mate, but that doens't mean that I'm gonna wait to cuddle as well.

Our flight back is at 8 pm. My warriors, Sam and Kat went back yesterday night, taking with them Aprils' things to start unpacking and organizing at our house. I'm now at my mates' house, waiting for her and her friends to arrive, laying on her bed, on her very empty room.

Knock knock

"Come in" That being said, mrs. Olive, or Jennet, entered the room "Hi mrs. Olive, can I help you?"
"Cole, I told you already to call me Jennet." She lectured me.
"Sorry" I said rubbing my neck.
"Anyways" She started sitting on the bed beside me "I wanted to talk to you about my daughter" She said seriously.
"Go ahead" I sat up to let her know I was paying attention.
"You see, April is an amazing girl. She is smart, talented, funny, beautiful and really easy going." I nodded agreeing with everything she said "But all of this is really overwhelming. Suddenly one day finding out you're a werewolf when you thought for 17 years you were a normal human and at the same time finding out you have a soulmate, then only after a few days, moving states leaving everything behind to be with him. All that has to be too much.

I know my girl is really strong, but she is also amazing in pretending to be alright. If something is hard on her, she won't allow others to see because she thinks she has be strong, and in her mind that is going through it alone. By doing that, she will end up loosing her mind. So all I am asking from you is that if you see her closing up, don't leave her alone. Talk to her. I'm sure she will listen to you."
"Jennet, all I want is for April to be happy. I understand what you're saying, and I promise that I will do anything and everything to make sure she is exactly that. She is my soulmate, but that doesn't mean I have to love her" She looked at me and I took her hand in mine "It doesn't mean I have to love her, but I do. She is a wonderful girl and she already stole my heart. I swear that I'll make sure that beautiful smile will never leave her pretty face."

Her eyes shined and she hugged me trying to hold in tears. The moment soon ended as we heard the girls arriving.

Jennet mouthed a 'thank you' and sprung out the room to greet the girls.

Look at you winning our mate's mom over like that. Well done.

I chuckled and looked at the door as April appeared and ran in my direction smiling. Since I was laying down again, the air was kind of knocked out of me when she sprung in me and hugged me.

"So I'm guessing you had a good day." I said looking down at her when I caught some air. She lifted her head from my neck and grinned.
"I had a real conversation with my wolf today." I felt Peter jump inside me with the thought of getting to know her name.
"That is great! It means you're closer to shifting." I grinned "So, what is her name?"
"Her name is Athena"

Even her name is perfect. Oh man! I can't wait to be able to run with her.

"I like it. And so does Peter." She stayed laying on me and I played with her hair. I wish this moment could last forever... But the universe is really against our cute moments.
"Come on!" Kira said popping her head on the bedroom "We have to eat a lot of junk food, watch our last sloppy romantic movie together and cry a lot together. We only have two hours, so that you can still have one hour to get ready and one to go to the airport"
"Okay" April said, getting up "Let's do this" They then ran out of the room to go to the basement, leaving me alone again.

I have part of the story already written down on a little notebook, and I'm trying to write more there to have more chapters ready, so I forget to post here and I'm sorry!!! I'll try harder to remember.
