We made our way over to the beach in our group of eight. (Charlotte, Jackson, Elle, Marco, Noah, Adrianna, Enzo, and myself.) It's a nice night tonight however still on the cooler side near the water. Because Jackson drove him and Charlotte had some Jackets in the car so they grabbed them and bought them onto the beach with us.

Elle and Noah also had jackets, having left them at the club just in case. After a few minutes of being on the sand however, I notice Noah give his jacket to Adrianna which I thought was super cute.

I pull my eyes away and look at the rest of the group thoughtfully for a moment. Charlotte and Jackson are acting very effection yet cute tonight, Charlotte eating candy, holding one end in her mouth and Jackson eating the other end until their lips touch and finally they kiss. I look towards Elle and Marco who are snuggled up together, Elle has her head of Marco's shoulder and he has his arm wrapped around her, the two of them talking as they look at the water.

My eyes then move back to Adrianna and Noah who are sitting very closely together talking to one another.

"I'm back," Enzo says, pulling my attention to him as he sits down next to me and wraps his jacket around my shoulders.

"Thank-you" I slide my arms into the arms of his leather jacket and snuggle up

"You okay?" He questions

"Yeah I'm good, just thankful to have you all, I'm taking it in for a second." I smile up at him

"We're lucky to have you." He leans down and presses a kiss to my lips

Adrianna's POV:

"Why is tonight the first night I'm meeting you?" Noah questions

"It's a long story, one we probably don't have enough time for," I admit with a small nervous giggle

"You could always start now and we can finish it over dinner tomorrow night?" He grins down at me

I laugh softly and shake my head "If you know me, who I was before today I don't think you'd feel the same way about wanting to take me out for dinner." I tell him honestly

"I disagree, I don't think there is anything you could say that would change my mind."

This is always going to be what's hardest about meeting new people, having to tell them the truth, the truth about who I've been, who I really am and who I want to be. I have no doubt in my mind that the second I tell people about my past they will judge me harshly and only take me for my past. But maybe it's better to tell Noah now before I get attached to him.

"I'm three weeks clean from cocaine, and that's the reason you haven't met me until now" I look up at him.

"Okay, wasn't expecting that" he laughs softly "I was thinking more you'd just arrived from Italy or something, but three weeks clean that makes sense" He nods

"You don't have to be nice about it, you can tell me it's been nice to meet me and run if you want to."

"And why would I do that?" He tilts his head to the side

"Because I just told you I'm literally a few weeks clean from drugs, I'm sure you've made your assumptions of me already."

"In which case, that means you've made your assumptions of me?" He raises a brow

"What do you mean?" I question as I knit my brows together in confusion

"You tell me, what do you think of me so far?"
