"I thought you told me she was joking about three hundred people?" I raise a brow at Papa as I enter the house

"Well, we know a lot of people, what can I say." He shrugs and looks me up at down "You look beautiful."

"Thank-you Papa."

It's been three months since we found out we're having baby girls, meaning I have just two months off being nine months pregnant, however, because we're having twins I'm bound to go earlier then that so we're looking at it as if we have a month to go, but the fact is they could come any day now.

Tonight Mum is hosting our small baby shower, which every person I've ever said hello to in my life is now attending. I love my Mum so much, but she's so crazy sometimes, all of this is way to much.

Over the past few months I've been letting myself slip a bit, I'm not as worried about my appearance as I used to be. A months ago I'd never leave the house without make-you but since being heavily pregnant I've been so tired I'm lucky if I do my hair.

Tonight however I put some effort into my appearance. I'm dressed in a long, light pink and floral maxi dress with some sandals. My hair is down and curled and I'm wearing make-up for the first time in forever.

"Woah, what happened to a small get together?" Adrianna says as she makes her way into the house, looking around at all the people.

"Mum went a little over the top, but I'll forgive her, she's excited."

"Hey." Noah smiles as he makes his way into the room, arms full of presents "Uh, do you have somewhere I can put all these?"

"I think Mum has a table set out there."

"I'll show you." Enzo chuckles as he makes his way in, then right out again with Noah.

"I thought I said one present."

"So I'm the cool second cousin, who's going to spoil the baby rotten, what of it." Adrianna giggles.

"Why am I not surprised." I giggle back."

"How are you feeling? Getting nervous yet?"

"A little bit, only because they could come at any time and I don't really know when to expect them."

"Do you have your bags packed and ready to go just in case?"

"Yeah, I packed them a few weeks ago, just in case." I nod "So uh, you and Noah seem to still be really happy together, it's been months now."

"We are really happy, in fact I'm moving in with him permanently."

"You've already been there for the last seven months." I laugh

"I know, and he asked me to move in a long time ago but I was scared, I know that sounds silly, but I'm ready now. He gave me a key and told me where to find it whenever I was ready I knew where to find it, last night I took the key from the side table and told him I'd move in for real."

"Awww, that's so sweet." I feel myself becoming emotional. "What changed your mind?"

"Baby shopping for the girls, he was so excited about everything and wanted to help me choose things, I just had this epiphany that I love him and I think, in fact I know that I want to spend the rest of my life with him."

"Wow" I smile, my eyes sparkling as I listen to her word "Does Noah know all of this?"

"Uh, no, I haven't told him yet, I didn't want to scare him away."

"I have a feeling you won't scare him away, but you'll tell him when the time is right, when you feel ready."

"Mia, I know you didn't want a big party but so many people are asking after you, you can't hide in the kitchen all night," Mum says as she sticks her head into the kitchen
