Aiden Grey
Four days after I called Nikky & yet nothing seemed to change between Violet & I. She left school with her friends & that prick. Maybe I should just tell her everything - if I'm the one telling her ,Ty has nothing on me at all. He can't tell her because she'd already know the truth, even if she doesn't forgive me now- I'd wait until she was ready to forgive me or even move past this. I decided that I should go over to her house & tell her everything but as I opened the door I saw Riley about to bang on my front door.
"Sup asshole." She said looking me straight between the eyes which kinda made me feel like she was about to pop a cap right on my head.
"Hey Riley..." I mumbled sarcastically "how nice of you to drop by..."
"I came to drop some knowledge so listen up..." She began by putting her hands together & smiling at me "you hurt Violet man, that's really not cool & I just hope you know that I want nothing more for you than to rot in hell Aiden Gr-" I cut her off quickly.
"I love her." I said trying to capture her attention.
" You think you can just , I dunno hurt people & do this to my best fr-" she stopped dead in her tracks looked up at me & waited to see if maybe - she had heard right.
"I love her Riley." I repeated.
"Wait so why did you tell her you don't wanna be with her?" She asked trying to see if I was lying.
"Because Ty told me to leave her alone or else he'd tell her..." I said pulling her by her arm into the house , but she didn't feel anything , seemed to me like she was too engrossed in my love life to bother.
"...Tell her what?" She asked, honestly Riley scared the crap out of me, not because I was scared she might hurt me but because of the uncertainty that she could have me killed.
"About my past..." I managed to say slowly "... When Violet & I met - I wasn't completely honest with her about my mother or why I moved here & I know I was wrong to that but I need to make it right."
Riley looked at me slightly confused with everything I just said "So what does Ty have to do with all this?"
I took a moment until I figured out what to say "Well he found out about what haven't told Violet & he said if I don't leave her alone, he'd tell her..."
"So who cares if he tells her? Look the way I see it is you could either man up & tell her which would maybe get her to forgive you or stay away from her & lose her forever."
I debated the situation in my head a few times, I knew what I wanted to do I just didn't know how. Maybe I did but I just too embarrassed right now, which asshole in their right mind would lie about his mother being dead. I needed to fix this.
"I need her back Riley, not just to be my girlfriend I just miss the shit out of her, its like my whole world has turned upside down. I need her like the probability of my existence depends on her. I don't care what or who I need her in my life. I need her to be mine ... You know?" I stopped shocked at what came out of my mouth waiting for a reply now.
"Okay I don't know dude but whatever it is Bee & I are going to help you." She said hitting shoulder turning around & walking to the fridge... Well okay- my fridge gets raped for love advice.
"Uhh thank you, but if you don't mind me asking... What are we gonna do?" I asked still confused when suddenly my front door opened with a very excited Blaire. This was sure going to be fun.
"Hey guys." She said placing her bag on the floor beside her.
"Hey," both Riley & I said in unison while Riley still picking the cherries out of the fruit basket. Damn these girls.
"So what's the plan of action James Bond?" Blaire asked looking up at me.
"Uhh aren't you guys suppose to come up with a plan?" I asked wondering as to why they were still here is they haven't even thought of a plan yet.
"Dude we here for moral support not because we are romantic masterminds." Riley pointed out , "Although my best bet for you to get this thing alive would be to just go in straight & honest, no more lying & tell her that you mean everything you say which I hope you do Aiden."
I ruffled my hair a bit & looked up at both of them " I do mean it & I won't let you guys down, I promise." I said heading out the door.
