2019 Fluffvember - Day Two (Tumblr Peice)

Pairing: Bokuto Kotarou x Fem! Reader

Sitting in your bathtub, you sighed as warm water surrounded your body and steam filled the bathroom. The thick layer of bubbles that floated on top of the water hid your body from view, so you didn't panic as much as you normally would have when your boyfriend of three years walked into the room and saw you.

"Kotarou, what are you doing in here?!" You yelped in surprise. It wasn't exactly like you hadn't seen one another undressed, heck, he literally walked around the house you shared shirtless if he was feeling lazy enough, but you were shocked to see him as he had allegedly decided to take a trip to the other side of Tokyo for the day to see some of his friends from Nekoma.

"Kuroo had to cancel plans today, so I just came home and wanted to have a bath. Clearly, you beat me to it." He chuckled, walking over as you calmed down a bit from your initial surprise. He crouched down next to the bath tub and smiled at you.

"Do you want to join me or wait until I get out? I might be a while." You pointed out, returning your boyfriend's smile upon habit.

"I'll join! Let me just go grab a towel quickly." Walking out of the room, he rushed to grab a towel before coming back in, undressing himself, and sitting in the warm water next to you.

Smiling, you held his hand and he rested his head on your shoulder, allowing you to use your free hand to play with his hair.

"This is nice..." He mused, signing against the skin of your shoulder.

"Yeah..." You replied, your tone matching that of your boyfriend. Suddenly, he let go of youe hand and moved his head away from your shoulder to start liking bubbles onto his face. The entire time, you just looked at him with a confused smile.

"Look, Babe! I have a beard now!" He exclaimed gleefully, making you giggle and use you hands to wipe the soap off of his face.

"What beard?" You asked with a giggle. Laughing with you, he began splashing water at you and you did the same, smiling and laughing the entire time with the odd yelp or scream here or there.

By the end of your little water war, the water in the bath had gone down and the floor was covered.

"We should probably clean that up in a bit..." You said with a nervous chuckle.

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea..." Your boyfriend agreed, smiling at you. "I love you." He said suddenly, making you smile.

"I love you too, Kotarou."
