Daich walked into class early, as usual, only to see that his girlfriend hadn't turned up yet. Knowing that they would normally show up one minute after the other, Daichi messaged her.

Daichi:
You coming in today, or are you running late?

After sending the text, he put his phone away and sat at his seat, just as his homeroom teacher walked in.

The day dragged on, and Daichi had learnt that (Name) was sick. Naturally, he decided that he'd go and visit her after school and take care of her for the rest of the day, as he was unable to for the most part.

After making his way to her apartment, he let himself in and quietly walked to (Name)'s room.

"Angel?" He called, cracking the door open ever so slightly and seeing you curled up in bed with your headphones on. Your phone was resting on the bedside table as your eyes were closed lightly. Smiling fondly, Daichi walked over and sat on the bed, holding his girlfriend's hand.

"Hm?" She mused, looking up tiredly. Upon seeing her beloved, she smiled tiredly and took off the headphones. "Oh, hey, baby." (Name) greeted. Daichi chuckled lightly as squeezed her hand slightly.

"Hi, (Name). How are you feeling?" He asked.

"I feel sicky and gross... I'm sorry I couldn't make it to practice today..." She said solemnly, looking down at the quilt cover.

"Hey, it's all right." Daichi reassured. "You couldn't help getting sick. Have you had any medicine?"

"Yeah, I had some earlier. I haven't eaten, though. It'd probably just come up again..." (Name) grimaced with a shiver as she scrunched her face in disgust with the idea of vomiting. Chuckling, Daichi left a light kiss to her fore head.

"All right. We can cuddle here for the rest of the day then." He smiled. Nodding, (Name) moved over and Daichi lay down next to her, holding her small frame close to his body. One hand rested on her head as he held it to his chest while the other rubbed soothing circles on the small of her back.

"I love you, Sawamura..." was the last thing Daichi heard before the pair fell into a peaceful sleep.
