I continue packing my bags. I can't wait for this school trip. My best friends Maggie and Paisley watch as I pack my bags. "You know Kie if you smiled any wider then your face would be stuck like that." I flip her off.

"Shut up Mags you're just as excited as me." "Yeah but I'm better at not showing it." I roll my eyes. "Sorry bae but not all of us are emotionless bitches who can't show emotion on our face."

She throws my pillow at me and I laugh as I catch it. "Ok kids calm down." This is basically how we are. I'm the cheery and hyper one, Maggie is the moody and bitchy one and Paisley is the mom who has to break us up.

I go to the bed and jump on top Maggie. "I'm sorry Mags I love you." I smother her with kisses all over her face as she tries to escape while laughing her ass off.  Paisley joins our hug and Mags stops moving and we just lay there like that.

Me and Paisley hugging Maggie and her hugging both of us. We just sit there in a sort of comfortable silence. We've been best friends since kindergarten and I love these girls with my whole heart and soul. The door opens and my twin brother Kieran who is also Maggie's boyfriend walks in.

"Sorry to disrupt your lesbian party but it's time for dinner." We flip him off at the same time and get up grudgingly. Kieran chuckles and blows us a kiss. He winks at Maggie and she glares at him. Sometimes it's hard to believe that the two of them are dating.

He grabs her hand and me and Paisley gag behind them as she links her hand through mine. I'm the only single one in this friend group. Paisley's boyfriend Chase is the coolest though. That's basically our whole friend group. Me, Maggie, Paisley, Kieran and Chase.

We get to the dinner table and find my mom. My dad left before we were born. My mum had us at 15 so you can understand why my dad left, he was just 16 but our grandparents and our uncle were there for her. Our grandparents died last year though.

Our uncle is up and about. We see him sometimes. Our mum is an amazing mum and she's the best I could ever ask for. She's 33 years old now. She sees us walk in. "Hello kids." "Hey." We sit down and eat dinner while chattering about anything and everything.
