(Third Person)

The house has been way more quiet since the duo of Sam and Colby were split. Some people may not have understood why Elton separated them, but Elton knew. He knew that with the mindset of very young children, it would be as if you let your 5 year olds have sex. He knew that they were actually 21, but if they made everything else set to 5 years old then it had to be that way.

Everyone was sitting downstairs watching a movie, and Sam and Colby sat near each other with no one between them. Elton didn't notice, or mostly didn't. He didn't care because there was a fairly large space between them. Well, from where Elton sat it looked like it but they were actually only about a foot apart.

It became dark out, making it dark in the room they were all in. Colby moved his hand, grabbing Sam's which was laid out next to himself. Colby tried lacing their fingers together, but Sam pulled away.

After this happened, Colby stood and began walking out of the room with his head down sadly. "Colbs, where you going?" Elton asked.

"Is it okay if I-I go p-play?" Colby asked, he was crying so the shakiness of his voice wasn't hidden when he spoke.

"Y-Yeah, go ahead." Elton said, letting Colby wonder off. "Stay downstairs, please!" Elton called out.

Colby nodded, not realizing Elton couldn't see him do that. Colby walked into the living room that was at the front of the couch, he sat on the ledge in front of the window and cried. He silently cried, not wanting anyone to hear.

Accidentally letting a sob slip, Elton heard and told everyone not to worry and that he'd check. Elton found Colby crying in front of the window. Colby's knees were pulled to his body, his head was down crying into them.

Elton sat next to him, and pulled him into a hug. "Colby, what's wrong?" He asked the crying boy.

"I-I don't know. Elty I can't stop cwying." Colby sobbed into his caregivers shoulder.

Elton rubber circles into his back, telling him to breath and that it'd all be okay. "How bout a nice warm bath?" Colby nodded, holding his arms out making grabby hands.

Elton picked him up and carried him to his bathroom. He sat him down, and undressed him. He ran the warm bath, putting in bubbles, bath salts, and a bath bomb to make the water blue. Once Colby was in the tub, Elton gave him a few bath toys and Colby played with them.

Elton walked downstairs, telling them everything is okay and they Colby must not feel good. They all nodded, but Sam and Jake were in the bar room playing with toys. "Jake?" Elton asked before walking up the stairs.

"Yeah, Elty?" The little called lightly.

"Do you play with Colby?"

"Of course, all the time!" Jake said back, giggling to Sam after. Elton shook it off, thinking he was just laughing to be cute.

When Elton was almost up the stairs he heard Sam say to Jake, "You're my only best friend." Elton stopped climbing the stairs, and waited for Jake's response.

"You're my best friend, too Sammy. We don't need Colby!" Elton sighed, knowing he could've maybe done something different than force Sam and Colby away from each other. He walked up the stairs completely, then turned to the left and walked to the bathroom.

He heard Colby laughing and playing in the water. Elton gave him two ducks to play with, and he heard Colby doing just that. Elton couldn't help but smile at the cuteness, "It's otay Mr. Ducky we can just swim!" He said, playing with one ducky, then he lifted the other, "Yay! We can swim! Oh, hi Elty." Colby said, looking at Elton.
