Me and Ethan were just cuddling on his bed, watching a movie when Grayson stormed into the room.

"I've got some bad news!" Grayson shouted.

"What? We were watching a movie bro!" Ethan replied.

"Our landlord just messaged me, because obviously our lease is coming to an end." Grayson started.

"And?" Ethan said.

Grayson continued, "he said that he couldn't extend it any further so we're being evicted. He didn't want to evict us but it's the legal thing to do."

I just sat there in silence.

"Okay, so we need to find a place to put all of our stuff, and possibly go to Mom's until we can find a house?" Ethan was clearly thinking out loud.

"That works!" Grayson said as he stood up and called his Mom.

"You okay y/n?" Ethan rubbed my arm.

"Yeah. I guess I'll just move into an apartment or something for the time being." I replied.

"No, you're staying wherever we're staying." Ethan reassured me.

"But I —"

"Mom said that's fine." Grayson shouted as we walked into the room, interrupting our conversation.

"Cool. We just need to get some boxes and start packing then really." Ethan said.

"Oh, and y/n, my Mom said that you're more than welcome to come to Jersey with us." Grayson said.

"See, I told you!" Ethan teased me.

"Whatever, I'll go and buy some boxes. Can you guys start putting things in piles?" Grayson yelled on his way out of the house.

"Yes sir." Ethan shouted back whilst laughing before turning to look at me. "You're coming to Jersey with us no matter what, okay?"

"Fine."

"What are you thinking y/n?"

"I just feel like a burden because I've only ever met your Mom once." I replied.

"One, you're not a burden. Two, my Mom said that you can come to Jersey with us. And three, you've lived in this house for a year now so that technically means that all of this applies to you too, not just me and Gray."

"Okay."

"Seriously, y/n. Stop being so hard on yourself. If me and Gray didn't like you then we wouldn't have asked you to move in with us in the first place." Ethan chuckled to himself.

"I guess you're right." I laughed as I pushed him onto the floor. "Oops."

"What was that for?" Ethan asked, annoyed.

"For being annoyingly right, like usual!" I said putting a pouty face on, but also trying not to laugh.

"Whatever." Ethan laughed.
