Chapter 4: First lucky charm

AN: I don't know what to say this time... On with the story!

YN POV:

We in the station. RATATATAAA. Chat stops infront of cardboard cut out of a girl who looked oddly familiar. "Hey. That girl reminds me of someone." Chat says. We all look up at the screen when Ladybug says "it's her! The Akuma must be in her parasol!" Then she looks at me and says "oh..." I smile and say "it's okay. But something seems off..." my spidey senses are goin' off like crazy right now. "Let's just keep going!" Ladybug yells as she starts running. Okay then... nice to know they listen to me. I run with them.
We get to the entrance of the room she's in and they knock down the door. In the room we see a recording of Stormy talking about the weather on a very small TV. "It's a recording!" LB says with a shocked expression. No! Really! I think sarcastically but just roll me eyes in real life. Chat notices and gives me a quizzical look. Just then we hear Stormy cackle. We turn in the direction of the noise to see her standing there, with the parasol we need to break. She shoots a light above Lady and Chat with lightning and they dodge quickly, before the lights go out.
"Frosty the Snowgirl is getting away!" Chat says. I notice LB tumble and yelp. "Do I hear a damsel in distress?" Chat says as he rushes over to help her. Ladybug just says "Some of us don't have night vision" in a bored tone as Chat pulls her up. "You okay Spidergirl?" He asks. "Yeah. I can see too. Let's go!" I say running in the direction Stormy headed in. I hear Ladybug being dragged behind me.
We wonder around for a bit and then notice Stormy atop some stairs. I start running up them to catch up. "Okay that's enough. I think I can manage to-" Chat cuts LB off by yelling "Duck!" She does. And she continues her previous statement by saying "Follow your lead on this one." Stormy rushes out the door and I promptly follow. I hear the door open behind me once more, meaning the two lovebirds are here now too.
"You airheads!" Was that a pun Stormy? "You fell right into my trap!"she exclaims. I proceed to say "I told you so" as i pretend to cough. She summons a tornado around the building. Guess I'll die. "There's no way out! Party's over, fools!" Stormy says. "This is your idea of a party?" I say raising an eyebrow under my mask. "We're just-" Ladybug cuts off when she notices Chat still holding her hand. He just chuckles and let's go. "We're just getting started, Stormy!" LB yells as all three of us get into defensive positions.
"Lucky Chaaaarm!" Lady yells as she throws her yoyo in the air and a... towel appears? "Huh? A bath towel? What do I do with this?" She says. "It's your power, girl..." I comment. "Great. We're about to be obliterated but... at least we'll be dry." I laugh a bit a Chat's sarcasm which makes him look at me. "What?" I ask before Ladybug says "Just hold your whiskers." In a slightly annoyed voice.
"Hail" I hear Stormy say as it starts falling from the sky above us. "Yay. It's raining rocks now." I say rolling my eyes. Chat springs to action by taking his stripper pole and turning it quickly to stop the hail from getting to us. "So what's the plan for getting the Akuma back? My arm's starting to get a cramp!" He whines.
LB looks around with her super eyes or whatever and figures out the plan. "Spidergirl, when she falls web the umbrella and break it okay?" She says and I nod. "See that sign over there Chat? Check it out." She tells him making him respond with "Alright!" Before yelling the word "Cataclysm". He calls out "Hey Coldy-Locks, That all you got?" and runs to the sign whilst majestically dodging lightning. Coldy-Locks was my thing but whatever. Once he touches the sign it starts to rust.
"What would happen if he touched a person with that?" I think out loud. "Oh God, I don't wanna think about that." LB comments and shudders. As the sign is about to crush Stormy, Ladybug throws her yoyo and loops it around Stormy's ankle. Lady runs behind me and loops her yoyo around some stuff.
Stormy shoots lightning through the sign and tries to fly higher, but Lady's yoyo drags her downwards quickly. Something hits her arm causing the parasol to fly out of her hand. I use my web to catch it and bring it towards me. As LB lands on the ground, I break the parasol over my knee and she rushes over.
"No more evil-doing for you, little Akuma." She opens her yoyo and lets it fall to her feet.
She swings it around to gain momentum and it goes full speed towards the Akuma as she says "Time to de-evilize!" "Is that even a word?" I ask the cat beside me he just laughs and shrugs. The yoyo swallows the butterfly and it comes out white. Nice. But they look cooler black. Ladybug then throws her towel into the air and yells "Miraculous Ladybug!" The towel... explodes into ladybugs and they spread everywhere. The sky is blue now. Cool. Cool cool cool. I see Stormy become blond again and I walk over to her and help her up while the other two fist bump and say "Pound it!"
She doesn't remember anything... that sucks. The heroes turn to me and and walk over. "So... you know a lot about us I'm sure, do you wanna introduce yourself?" Ladybug asks awkwardly. "Okay, let's do this one more time. I'm your new friendly neighbourhood superhero. I was bitten by a radioactive spider and for the past three months, I have been the one and only, Spidergirl. But you guys can call me Spidey." I tell them with a wink.
"Radioactive... spider?" Chat asks. "You don't have a kwami?" LB adds a question to the conversation. "A what now?" I say. "The little creatures in the Miraculous, that give us the powers?" Chat says as if it's obvious. "My powers are all me. Although for the webshooters, I need a little science. You guys must've have it easy then, huh. Not getting suprised by your powers all of a sudden." I frown. Not that they can see though.
"I was trying to escape a security guard and I was sticking to everything. Long story short I ended up on the side of my school building trying to figure out how I was walking on the wall." I say. They look... suprised. I hear a beeping. The two look at each other "We have to go. We're gonna de-transform soon." Ladybug tells me. "After using our powers we only have a set amount of time before our suits and masks disappear." Chat says. "Well then. Get the hell outta here!"
