(Arc 3) Chapter Nine - UA Battle Royale (Part 2)

The seven of us got In a defensive state. Kacchan, Kirishima and Shinso prepared themselves as well.

All three of them are good fighters. The only one who could escape quickly would be Kacchan, but he isn't allowed to use his quirk in the forest. We could run but Mirio, Hatsume and Eri have no way of making a quick getaway.

"I'm done waiting. Let's get them and win!" Kacchan yelled, lunging at both Ojiro and Ochako.

The dodged ad Kirishima lunged at me. I dove out of the way, and rolled away again and Shinso tried to touch my sensor.

"Come on, make this easy on us! You know you're gonna lose!" Kacchan said again, this time leaping at Mirio but he dodged it.

Iida and Ochako proceeded to dodge Shinso, whilst also trying to hit his sensor. Hatsume stayed back while Mirio and Ojiro tried avoiding Kacchan. That left me with Kirishima as I proceeded to dodge his hands. I didn't try to touch his sensor, as it would risk me getting out too.

"Fine! Let's see how it goes when I take out the easier target!" Kacchan yelled, running towards Eri.

I dashed to her as well, as Kirishima tried to stop me. I shoved him out of the way, hitting his sensor and hearing a bing on my bracelet. Kacchan almost touched Eri's sensor as Mirio rushed to protect her, bit I shoved him down, picking up Eri. He quickly recovered, more pissed now.

"You damn nerd! Time to die!" He yelled.

He pounced at us as Shinso joined in going after the three of us, Ignoring the other four. Just then, three students came out into view, and it was Tokoyami's group. They immediately went after Kacchan and Shinso, who jumped out of the way.

Shoji, Mineta and Aoyama went after the others in our group.

"So you're picking a fight now huh? Well let's see how that turns out, bird brain!" Kacchan yelled.

I didn't see Todoroki or Koda anywhere, so I assumed they were eliminated or fighting their own battles.

"Midoriya, Mirio! Get out of here! We'll meet back up with you later!" Ojiro yelled, dodging Shoji and Aoyama's hands.

"Got it, let's go!" I told Mirio and we took off.

"I'm not done with you, nerd!" Kacchan yelled, as he took off after us.

Tokoyami stopped him, but it wasn't to help us. He wanted to take out the stronger competition. I did look back to see Iida, Ojiro, Hatsume and Ochako running though.

Stay safe, Ochako. I believe in you.

A bing went off on Mirio's bracelet.

"Shoot! Rather Nejire or Amajiki got knocked out. They must be fighting some of the stronger competition. We need to make distance and quick!" Mirio stated.

Together Mirio, Eri and I ran and followed a small stream.

"Did you manage to tag anyone back there, Midoriya? I couldn't" Mirio questioned.

"I got Kirishima but that's all. I dunno if anyone else got anyone though" I stated.

A bing went off on my bracelet, and another went off on Mirio's.

"Seriously? So rather Hatsume or Nejire got knocked out" he stated.

"Rather Iida, Ochako or Ojiro got knocked out of the game too. I'd likely say it was Hatsume if both went up close together. We're dropping like flies" I stated back.

"Yeah, and there's.. Only twenty seven left. This is going by way too quickly, but I'm gonna guess it'll slow down here soon" Mirio stated again.

"That man was mean...." Eri stated shyly.
