Growing up I used to sit down and ponder whilst asking myself, "What do I want to be when I grow up?"
Everyone around me seems like they had at least one idea of what they liked or what pathway they wanted to take. But I always felt out of place during future career discussions. Whenever that particular question was asked to me, "Wislanda what do you want to be?"
I never knew the answer. I would dig deep in my head or sometimes wait for something to pop up but nothing did.
No I wasn't a slow kid, no I wasn't lazy and no it's not that I didn't want to become something great in my life. I just did not know what my callings were.
So upon hearing from many guest speakers spoke about how getting to know Heavenly Father "God changes their lives." I decided that I would do the same.
I started to pray to God not knowing exactly what to say or how I should ask Him for help. I just simply said, "Father my future is in your hands, lead me in the way that You want me to go."
And that was the same thing I would repeat almost at the end of every prayer.

Step 1 to becoming your own boss
Get to know what your purpose is here on earth. Learn what you're passionate about and what your talents are.
And no they don't just come to you with a click of a finger. For some it may take time for them to find out what their real talents are and for others it may come to them at the very beginning stages of their lives. But that shouldn't discourage you from trying and looking. It doesn't matter how old or how bad you think your life is right now, there is still something out there that only you one good at or can do. And only you can use that very thing to change other people lives. So don't give up because as long as there is life there are still chances and risks out there to take.
"Business field is hard at times"
Starting a business isn't an easy thing but if you have a plan and determination to get into action, it can be.
"What if business isn't my calling?"
Not everyone was meant to be a Boss and that's ok. Being the Boss of yourself with the guidance of God is the very best first step to take.
"When should I start?"
The best time to start was yesterday and not tomorrow, so start today!!
