"Hazel do you want to tell me how you feel today"
I slightly rolled my eyes at her.
"I wish it was me" i mumbled as I looked down fideling with my nails.
"What do you mean?" She asked as she began to right stuff down in her stupid book.
"I wish it was me who died in that crash" I said a little louder.
I felt a deep breath leave her lips as she sat her pen down.
"Hazel we can't change the past. We just have to learn how to live with it. There's a reason you made it out of that crash. Find that reason and move forward. Find happiness. And let all that guilt go"
Fine I'll admit the bitch had a good pep talk. To bad I didnt want to hear it. I get it im crazy.
I didnt say anything else i just stood up walking away from her. I could hear her yelling my name as I kept walking. I was done with her today.
I made my way outside. There was a huge fence keeping all of us in. I felt like I was in prison.
I walked over sitting down under the shaded tree as my mind began to wonder.
I miss my old life. My school. My friends. My dad. Grayson and Ethan. All of it. And I would do anything to have it all back.
One bad choice ruined my entire life.
I stood up making my way back into the building as I made my way into my room.
It was small and everything was all white. Even my clothes.
Everyday is the same in here. I wake up. Go to therapy. Go to bed. And do it all over again the next day. This place will make you feel and go crazy if you already wasnt.
My head snatched towards the door as my nurse walks in laying the dinner tray on the desk. She gave a small smile before walking out.
The food here was awful.
I just pushed it to the side not feeling like eating. I never do really. I was sad and alone in here. I had no one to talk to. Apart of me felt like I was losing my mind but another part felt like I was trying to find it.
I heard my door open again making me become annoyed.
"I dont want anymore dinner please just leave me alone" I yelled and soon I heard it shut.
"Dang I thought you would be happy to see me"
I dropped the tray to the ground as my heart fell with it and my eyes opened wide. My breathing began to pick up and I felt like I was about to pass out. It couldn't be.
"G-g-grayson?"
A huge smile appeared on his face as he walked over to me tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
"Hello Beautiful"
