"Sorry I was so busy most of the weekend" Hannah apologized to Alex and Jo. Hannah had decided to treat them to the best breakfast in Chicago on their final day in the city, Wildberry Cafe.
"Stop" Alex told her as he shoved some of his pancake in his mouth, he was far too comfortable with his sister and Jo, "we surprised you so it should be us apologizing for crashing your busy weekend" he explained to her and watched as she rolled her eyes before drinking more of her orange juice.
Jo just watched the two siblings bicker like they normally did when Hannah still lived in Chicago and it brought a smile to her face "Ana" Jo called using the nickname only she used for Hannah "Can we go to that bar you're always telling us about tonight?" she asked the blonde "one of the doctors at Chicago Med told us that that's where most of the firefighters hang out on their days off so we'll get to meet some of your friends"
"Mollys?" Hannah questioned as she watched the brunette nod in confirmation "Sure. I actually work there sometimes but Herrmann gave me the day off to hang with you guys" she informed them "So, I have an itinerary for today" she told them excitedly "I've lived in Chicago almost three months now and I still have not visited any of the attractions. Up first a walk through Millenium Park - where Jo can get her selfie with the giant bean. Then a trip to the John Hancock Observation Deck for some insane 360 views of the city, maybe we could visit the Art Institute?" she queried as she looked at the couple who nodded their heads "Then we can grab some lunch or dinner. Maybe stop by Grant Park to see the Buckingham Fountain. And finally - Mollys"
"Sounds good" Alex stated as he asked a passing waiter for the bill.
"I still can't see how it was meant to look like a cloud" Alex said as the trio stared at the structure. Hannah agreed, maybe from above it could look like a cloud but from the ground, it would always look like a bean.
"Lets go take some selfies!" Jo squealed as she dragged the two closer to the reflective piece. They spent about ten minutes taking photographs before finding a coffee truck and enjoying a stroll in the park as Hannah navigated the way towards the Observation Deck.
