"What are you doing?" Kelly asked the woman who had snaked her arms around his waist and snuggled into his back.
"Nothing" she lied as she slowly moved one arm towards the coffee cup in his hand "Just trying to distract you while I steal your coffee." she admitted.
Kelly moved the cup out of her reach and Hannah let out a whine. "Fail." Hannah went back to snuggling into him. They had grown closer over the past two months, they still weren't officially dating but they were getting closer to it.
Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed Matt climbing out of his pick up "How do you think he's doing?". Kelly shrugged, Matt was a hard person to read. "He'll come to you, you just need to give him time"
Kelly sighed and squeezed her hand with his free left one "I hope your right, but I've known Casey a long time... He doesn't talk about emotions" Kelly explained, "Sometimes he's worse than me".
Hannah giggled slightly "Really? It's pretty hard to imagine a man more emotionally stunted than Kelly Severide"
"Hey! I'm slightly less emotionally stunted these days"

"Okay, everybody. Settle." Chief Boden ordered as he entered the Bullpen to begin the Morning Meeting "So, the first bit of news, you may have noticed that Connie's desk is empty." he pointed out, Hannah had noticed that the woman's photo frames were gone - the desk looked bare now.
"Yeah, what's up, Chief?" Herrmann asked from his seat at the front.
"I'm delighted to tell you that over the past four years, Connie has received her master's degree in counseling." This shocked Hannah, the one profession she never expected Connie to go into was counseling.
"No kidding." Mouch blurted, he was probably as shocked as Hannah.
"She just got hired at her dream job, head of counseling at Whitney Young Magnet School." Hannah could see Stella clapping her hands on the table she sat at, Hannah had opted to stand at the back of the room instead of sitting at the front "They asked her to start immediately, and I couldn't stand in her way."
