Fire up the power
Flip the switches to green
The engine revs and revs
The next moment is the most important
The edge between the future and stagnation
The engine groans
A plea, almost like when an animal whines in pain
Stalls
One moment
One chance
A kick
A hug
A smile
Keep trying
The power comes back
The engine groans
But
This time as if life is running through it
Filling lungs with clean air
Cleaning tears off soft cheeks
Roars to life
Always moving forward
