After that little argument with Dave, I just wanted to be alone. I checked the cameras earlier seeing dave taking Bastet without her stroller or car seat. So I guess they didn't really go nowhere. My mom wasn't home which was good. I don't wanna hear her voice. She thinks that just because me and Dave has sex, we're back together. God if she ask me that one more time, ima scream.
I walked around the house looking for my phone. It wasn't in my room nor in the kitchen. Probably outside. I sigh heavily rolling my eyes. I made my way outside to the swing finding my phone just sitting there. I look at some notifications on my phone but nun of them caught my eyes. I walk back inside the house turning the tv on. Dave walk back in the house with Bastet in his arms.
"Where did you go?"I ask him. He laid Bastet on the couch putting the pillows on the floor.
"Just took a walk"he mumble.
"Oh"was all I said and walk to the kitchen.
"I want to ask you something"he said. I turn to him ready to hear what he have to say. "Do you want me to be in Bastet life? Or do you want me gone for what I did to you?"
"You put my life and Bastet life in jeopardy Dave. I couldn't forgive you"I shook my head. "Why you think I never told you when Bastet was born or anything about her"I wiped my eyes.
"And I'm truly sorry about that Noelani. I really am"he said.
"Okay. I accept your apology"I said. I rub my face a bit not wanting to look at him.
"Want to watch a movie?"dave ask.
"Sure"

I didn't realize dave head was on my shoulder. Bastet was sleep in his arms while the tv watch us. I don't know if my mom is back home or not.
I got up from the couch walking to my room so I can take a shower and eat something real quick. I ran the shower while taking off my clothes. I look at my body in the mirror smiling. But I know I'm missing something. Just staying here with my mom ain't helping me out.
I need to move out this house. Do some work on my own and stop taking orders from my mom. I want to open up my own shop. Do something on my own. But how can I start?
