Okay so remember Joseph? The dude who just won't die? Yeah uh, HE CHEATED ON HIS WIFE-
Josuke Higashikata is the 16 year old son of Joseph and Tomoko, making him a Joestar as well. This time, the JoJo comes from the written Kanji, crazy huh? Anyway, the first half of the season deals with a thing called the Stand Arrow, now remember it kids, this is important. The Stand Arrow gives worthy people stand abilities, and those who aren't worthy just die. Jotaro, now 28, is sent to the town of Morioh Cho to meet Josuke, his uncle. He warns him and if he finds anyone suspicious, then tell him.
Josuke meets a kid named Koichi, and they become friends later on. Also it turns out there's a guy named Anjiro/Angelo who is an escaped death row convict, and has started killing again. He has actually had an encounter with the Stand Arrow and it's user, which gave him a Stand called Aqua Necklace. Anjiro is defeated by Josuke and his stand, Crazy Diamond, which has the ability to fix anything it has broken.
So that guy is dealt with, and when Koichi and Josuke are walking back home, they meet the Nijimura Brothers - Okuyasu and Keicho. Okuyasu and Josuke fight, and Koichi is pierced by the Arrow, getting knocked unconscious for the rest of the fight. After JOSUKE beats Oku, Keichi takes Koichi to retrieve the Arrow, since there's only one. Koichi and Josuke fight later bringing in Koichi, who has newly awakened Stand abilities.
However, they're new, so all he can summon is a simple egg. Josuke finds the brothers' dad, and it's revealed Keicho was making stand users to help his father return to normal, since he was turned into an ugly beast. Unfortunately, Keicho is killed (somehow I literally forgot hhh). Josuke then befriends Okuyasu, and a new threat is revealed.
More stand users arrive, and attack the group, and obviously they win. But then there's a special one, and the other half of the season focuses on this one man-
My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.
Also there's a kid named Shigechi who befriended Josuke and Okuyasu, but gets killed by Kira. Anyway Kira is a murdered with a hand fetish and Josuke and company just come over to kinkshame and kill him. Rohan Kishibe is a manga artist and he's very cool, and he also joins the fight to stop Kira.
Basically to summ up the entire season, Kira almost gets caught, but changes his identity - TWICE - before the group finally kill him and that's it, that's the whole fucking season. Just a bunch of side characters with epic Stands and a gross hand fetish guy who makes explosions to kill people for their hands.
Just remember kids, Joseph saved an entire town by being horny
