Nephilim: The First Nephilim to become a Seraphim

"It's pass midnight now Rin. You need to go to sleep and finish the rest later on. It is Friday after all..."

Charon said as he hop in from of the book and looked at Rin.

"Yeah Rin! Let's go to sleep now!"

"What about Seraphina? I need to ask her something..."

Charon went forward and stands up and grabs Rin's face.

"Seraphina will not be here in a few weeks. Now, please sleep."

Rin nods. He is too exhausted and doesn't want to bother the cats anymore. They got a point either way, he needs to go to school tomorrow.

He went to his own room that Seraphina had shown him and locked it. He set his alarm clock 5am so he can get up early.

"So uhm... Charon right?"

Charon looked at the Sidhe cat as he mentioned his name. The twin tailed cat was wagging his tail happily.

"Can I stay here? I promise I am doing this for my own! I want to get to know Rin better!"

Charon let out a sigh. He knows even if he said no, the demon cat will fight him if he has to. He can easily defeat the demon cat but it will result to something... Gruesome.

"You may. You can sleep at the couch if you want."

The other smiled at him and went to the living room to take his sleep. Charon watched him and followed him till the living room to see if the demon cat might do anything.

He left when he heard a soft breathe of the other cat. He went to Seraphina's room, which is practically empty. The only furniture that is visible there is a small table and a chair up against the wall. No design or whatsoever. It is plain white. The window was covered in opaque black curtains.

He lit his horns, the bright lines lighten up on his horns and the back limbs also.

He jumped up to the table, there is a small square metal in the middle.

Then for a few seconds, the small square metal device glowed and floated above for 5 inch. Then it spinner slowly and a hologram was showing.

"Ah, Charon. I thought you wouldn't report to me"

The hologram showed half of Seraphina's body. Charon rolled his eyes and kept his horn lit up as the darkness inside the room gives him a bit of a shiver.

"Haha, Seraphina."

The angel gave a chuckle and became serious. She then look away for a moment and wave something in her hand in front of the hologram

"As you can see my little companion, I had made a mistake. It is quite a small mistake but it will endanger my little lamb, soooooo can you do me a favor?"

"Just spit it out so I can think of a way before Rin wakes up."

"I want you to help Rin avoid Samuel, Amaimon, Shiro and his twin for a while. I know he is already avoiding them, except for Shiro as he had seen us and had gain Rin's trust immediately, but Rin is not very much aware yet like we do. I haven't thought him anything."

"I know that. I'll be teaching him while you prepare for his upcoming coronation. I might as well teach him everything."

Seraphina gave a amused smile and hummed. Charon is very reliable and can be trusted as Seraphina said, but sometimes, Charon is full of mysteries too.

"Good. Except for his mother's story okay? I will personally tell him that."

"Understood. So, mind telling me why he should avoid those people?"
