{1} The Element Storm {X2}

Tonight, Really?

Sierra was just starting to fall asleep again, when she heard running sets of footsteps throughout the mansion and felt the floor vibrating.

"John." She says, hitting him on the arm and he grunted at her hit. "John! I mean really!" She growled at him, and he blinked before shutting his eyes.

"Pyro." She said and he opened his eyes at her mention of his other name and she shushed him quickly with her hand over his mouth.

Then, a sonic scream came through the house, and causing them to clamp their hands over their ears quickly, in order to avoid going deaf completely.

"Johnny!" She shouted, tossing him the lighter off of the bedside table as she kicked the door open quickly.

He went through, and she looks out the window, and now her eyes were flashing with fury, fear, and pain, all three.

"Hey. Listen to me, home is where the family is." John said, and she nods and they both ran out of his room with her stopping to grab only two things, from her room.

She found out the hard way that men were coming for them, when she saw a mutant lying on the ground, unable to move.

The men all spotted her and the flames, now the fire was igniting as she thrust out a hand. It hit the men, and they began to scream.

She picked up the boy after extinguishing the fire, and handed him to Colossus without words, and he looked at her. "I'm gonna go find Johnny." She said, and he nodded, not even bothering to argue with her.

"Good luck." He says and she nods quickly at him, and looked at the men who were burning in the hallways.

"Don't you go dying on them, Colossus. They need you." She says and ran off to go find John.

John had found himself roped into going to find Rogue, who ended up running into him and Bobby anyways.

Then, when they were almost going out the front door of the mansion, the trio was faced with a sea of blinding lights and guns.

"Hey!" The flashlights momentarily disappear, as Sierra came out of thin air, and shot fireballs at the men, who dared to harm her family.

Then, water and grass began to rise dragging some of the men at the back away from the entrance.

Logan leapt down to slam into the men, and begin to slice them to thin cuts, while Sierra continued to grow grass, blast fire, and use water to keep the men at bay, that Logan missed.

"This is it." Bobby says, shoving the door, and John ducked inside, and he brought Sierra with him quickly.

Rogue was the last one through it, and she was immediately protesting that it was their call to go back to get Logan.

"Wait, wait, you guys! We got to do something! They're going to kill him!"

Rogue practically screams and John shook his head in worry and complete exasperation. "He can handle himself. Let's go!" John insisted.

"I agree. We need to go." Sierra says and Rogue looked at her pleadingly as she sighed. "We need to go back, for him." She says, and John looks at her with disbelief in his eyes, and Rogue's were nothing but grateful.

"Bobby!" Rogue insisted.

Together, Bobby and Sierra had made a huge wall of water and ice, that had separated them from the enemies.

"Go! I'll be fine." Logan says.

"But we won't." Rogue murmurs, her voice practically pleading, and Logan, he couldn't resist it.

"Go. Keep going." Logan says and Sierra nods, as she ducked into the passage again, with Logan directly behind her.

They caught up with John quickly enough, as despite his levelheaded want to get out of there, his girlfriend had refused to leave so he didn't want to leave until she did.

"I'm driving." John says, going for the Driver's seat.

"Hey, maybe next time." Logan said to John, gently pushing him, towards the backseat, where poor Sierra was stuck sitting in the middle, between now it's John and Bobby.

"This is Cyclops's car." Bobby points out quickly, and Sierra grunts under her breath, as Bobby was practically sitting on top of her.

"Move over Iceguy!" She pushed him as he spoke, and he looked at her with indignation in his expression.

"Rogue's the smallest, so why the hell am I in the back?" Sierra said sharply, to their older, in charge guy, meaning Logan.

"Because you've got clothes on. She doesn't. You are also sitting, with two teenaged boys." Logan pointed out.

"Good point." Sierra muttered under her breath, and John looked at her, as she sighed. "It had to be tonight." She mumbled.

"Tonight, really?" She kept muttering under her breath as Logan started the car with an adamantium claw and the car pulled out, as the tires squealed.
