PROMPT : ruel trying his best to get you to talk to him after he did something wrong.

You were currently getting ready to go out. Slipping into your dress that you bought recently, you were excited. You haven't been excited to go to a party in a while and that's probably because you have been to occupied with your relationship with ruel.

You asked him if he wanted to go with you but said he was gonna be busy so he declined. You shrugged knowing you could go with just your friends, clipping the back of your necklace watching the small ring that sat on your chest the same one ruel gave you as a promise ring a year into the relationship.

As you hopped into your car, you texted your friends that you would be there soon before slipping your right heel off so you could drive easier. You quickly made your way over to the crowded house so your friends didn't have to wait long. You slipped your heel back on, watching as people walked into towards the bustling house. You got out your car, making sure to lock it before noticing your friends on the sidewalk looking around for you.

You quietly made your behind them before shaking them and yelling out a loud 'BOO!'. They all screamed, turning to you before hitting the side of your arm. 'you should've seen your faces- oh my god!' you laughed out as all of you went inside. All you could hear once you stepped inside was all the top music everyone knew.

Walking around the house, you greeted everyone you knew. Before you know it, you stumbled into the kitchen which was fairly empty. You drowned some drinks which you probably shouldn't be drinking, but right now you were letting loose, not giving a single fuck. You made your way back to your friends that were dancing in the other room, by this time it was already dark and the colored lights made everyone look ethereal.

Everything around you seemed to run in slow motion; just like a movie. You danced with your friends as each song played until it came 'PARTY MONSTER' by The Weeknd. You absolutely loved this song, singing along with as you danced onto one of your closest friends. You were having the time of your life and that was until what you saw in front of you.

Ruel sitting down at one of the round couches, people around him as he sang along to the song and with a girl who's leg crossed his. You watched as he mouthed 'woke with by a girl I don't even know her name.' At this point you couldn't even believe it. He told you he was busy tonight and now he had a girl who's leg was over his other one.

She wasn't even a stranger to him, she somehow made her way into ruel's friend group and you knew she had one goal and it was to get with him. You watched as her arm stroked his, watching him with pure lust in her eyes as he sang along to the lyrics. You could feel jealousy rush into you, and by now he finally made eye contact with you. Your gaze towards him stung, you saw him cuss under his breath before you made your way out of the house.

Ruel had to excuse himself from the people around him, running out the door to follow you but was too late, watching your car speed past him. He knew what he did was wrong but fighting was the last thing he wanted to do tonight. He sighed knowing you were pissed at him, walking back inside the house.
