Ruel currently laid beside you, his arm around your waist as he scrolled through this phone. You both were on your phone for a while now, scrolling through whatever app you were on. He would look at you once in a while to see if you were still awake, poking your face whenever he notice your eyes flutter shut for a few seconds.

'Ruel you ass, I told you to stop doing that.' you groaned out rubbing the spot where he poked you. All he could do was watch as you turned your back on him, scrolling through Instagram once again. 'babe I'm sorry, I won't do it again.' he whined out as he missed the attention you gave him a couple of minutes ago.

He wrapped his arms around you pulling you on top of him to simply lay across his chest. You smiled up at him as he leaned down to give you a kiss on the top of your head before moving his attention to the tv that had played in the background. As you scrolled through the explore page, you noticed those 'fact pages', you tapped on their name and with nothing to do you just scrolled through their page.

As you scrolled for what seemed like hours, a post caught your attention. You picked your head up, ruel noticed and looked down at you. 'look, there's a Japanese legend that says the present face you have now is the face you loved most in your past life.' you read out from the post, looking up at him while doing so. His face had a mix of agreement and confusion.

'well I don't think that's true.' he protested as you furrowed your brows. 'and why is that.' you asked you shifted, laying your head on the crook on his neck. 'well if it is true, I would have your face in this life.' he said sounding cheesy. 'oh well I must've had good taste cause damn I look good.' you laughed out and ruel joined also.
