Austria was ranting again. This time to Finland. "Hungary says that becoming a doctor isn't that hard, it's fricking harder than he thinks! What does he think training to be a doctor is?! Similar to training to be a clown?! I am so done-"
Finland cleared his throat. "Look in my eyes."
"Okay?" Austria looked into Finland's eyes.
Finland, with a neutral expression, said, "Now, does it look like I give a frick?"
