I woke up pretty early so I would have enough time to get ready and decide where to take Valeria. In the mean time I joined my family for breakfast.
" que vas a ser hoy ?" My mom asked
" voy a salir con Valeria." I said and she smirked.
" She's only my friend." I said
" yes your friend but , you like her. I hear the way you guys talk and how you look at her on FaceTime." My mom said " no soy pendeja."
I chuckled at her last statement. After i was done with breakfast I went and began to get ready.

I smiled I can literally hear her saying that. I got out of the car and waited for her to come out. Then she appeared.

" Hi beautiful." I said embracing her in a hug.
" Hey cutie." She smiled.
I opened the car door for her and then headed to the drivers side.
" so what are the plans Pimentel?" She asked
" Movies and then out to eat , how does that sound ?" I asked looking at her before starting the engine.
" perfect." She said.
" just like you." I said and I can see her blushing.
I mean it's the truth she is and highly attractive. Por donde pasas ella eres el boom. Besides what's outside , she has an amazing inside and I'm still getting to know more of it.
* after the movie*
We ended up watching some random scary movie which wasn't even scary at all. We spent the entire time laughing and we still are laughing.
" did you see that lady's face? She was terrified." She said in between laughs which made me laugh even more.
" all this laughing made me hungry." I said as I opened the car door for her.
As soon as I got inside she asked " where to ?"
" You brought me to a legit taco place ?!" She asked excitedly
" Yes real Mexican." I added
" Just like you. Now come on !" She said dragging me inside.
We were quickly seated and began to search the menu. Eventually a waiter came to take our order and it was a girl. She had her eyes on me the entire time. After she left Vale laughed.
" what ?" I asked
" Sis was literally about to drool." She laughed some more.
" Well , I'm not interested." I said
" Then what are you interested in ?" She asked with a smirk.
" You." I answered boldly and she looked down blushing.
" Vale talk to me about your past relationships." I spoke
"Well I've only dated one guy. I loved him deeply and still do as a friend of course. We broke up because he wanted to do his own thing ( work wise) and I was moving over here. We broke it off nicely because we both knew long distance wasn't it. I'm pretty sure he's back in New York trying to pursue whatever he was going to do. He's 28 right now. He was very good looking. If you think i call attention he sure did. Good thing he was very loyal. Well i guess you can say he was very into me as much as i was into him. I'm pretty sure I hadn't moved we'd still be together." She spoke
"For how long did you guys date ?" I asked
" We dated for four years." She said
We spent the rest of the time talking about relationships and asking each other more questions. We eventually left and here we are in front of Richards house.
" Thanks Joel , i had an amazing time today." She said
" So did I , we should do this again." I said to her
" definitely." She smiled
We weren't that far apart so I began to lean in. I placed a small peck on her lips. Remember baby steps.
" Bye Vale."
" Bye Pimentel ."'She smiled
