I woke up the next morning and did my job. It felt weird not getting a good morning call from Joel. He knew what time I would wake up so he would get up and call just to say good morning. I feel bad , I know he's hurting right now. I wish I could give him my all he's a great guy but then there's Richard.
" So how was it ?" Yadira asked as the four of us ate my waffles
" It was a nice date." I answered
" not that , the sex." Yadira said and almost made me choke
" I couldn't do it." I said and that's when Richard looked up from his plate.
" Really Vale , you were suppose to get some." Yashua said with disappointment
" it's just wasn't what I wanted." I said , Richards eyes met mine.
I'm going to be honest with you I don't know what's going on with him and Yocelyn. We haven't really spoken much , I've spent these five months with Joel. Tomorrow is their gender reveal so I have to clean the house for that.
Next Day
We all woke up early so we could finish up the decorations. It was so cute , I love babies. I was so excited to know the gender. After finishing up with decorating. We all went to get ready. Since it's an at home mini party I'll keep it casual yet , cute you know.

While Richard went to get Yocelyn , guest began to arrive.
" Hola Nena." Zabdiel said to me
" Hey Zabdi." I smiled up at him
He grabbed my hand and gave me a little spin
" Bella como siempre." He said and I thanked him.
I then spotted Joel and went over to him.
" Pretty Boy." I said going up to him and taking off his sunglasses. His eyes were puffy , he'd been crying.
He snatched his glasses from me and said " look it's best we stay away from each other for now. I need my feelings to relax a bit." He said and walked off. When he said that it really hurt. I watched as he grabbed a drink. Joel wasn't much of a drinker but , for today I guess he was. I gave him as much space as I could because I wanted to talk to the boys as well.
*hour later*

Everyone screamed including me. It was a girl , Richard was having a little girl. Although the situation ,I was really happy for him. The smile slightly faded when Yocelyn grabbed his face and kissed him. I looked over at Joel who was already looking at me. Once we made eye contact he immediately looked away.
" I know you still like him." Yadira sighed " you'll still always deserve more."
That's all she said and walked away. She left me standing there deep in my thoughts.
I suddenly heard " you want to dance ?" I came back to reality and saw Zabdiel. I listened and heard Romeo Santos. As we danced I couldn't help but think of one thing.
Did I make the wrong choice of ending things with Joel ?
