Valeria
Richard kissed me in front of everyone today. I can't believe it. I'm still in shock. Afterwards everyone just left and decided to give us space. It's currently 3 am and I can't sleep. Yadira never came home. I'm nervous to face her whenever she does. What do I even say ? At this point there's no denying what Richard and I have.
By the time I finally decided to fall asleep it was time for me to wake up. That's cute. I showered and then went to the kitchen. Mr and Mrs Camacho are coming back today. Well, they should be here any minute now. So I did my best and set up a big breakfast.
" Wow it smells good" I hear them walking in.
" let me take that." I said taking their bags as they arrive.
" Ay Mom ! Dad!" The boys exclaimed happy to see their parents. Then they call came to the dining area.
" this looks good." Richard said and winked at me.
That instantly made me nervous all over again.
" Y Yadira?" Their dad asked.
" She'll be late let's start eating." Yashua said. They shrugged and did as told. Mid way we heard the door. I began to shake. Yadira walked in a mess
Her hair was a mess compared to how it was when we last saw her and her eyes were puffy red. She clearly didn't sleep either.
" Mi amor que te paso ? Where have you been ?" Her mom said getting up to hug her daughter.
" oh you don't know ?" She said and chuckled bitterly.
" Yadi don't start." Richard said
" You shouldn't be talking." She spat
" Que pasa?" Their dad asked
" Richard y Valeria son novios." She said and I looked down.
" Really?" Her mom asked all happily
" Mom , you clearly don't know the type of son you have and she shouldn't even be with Richard." She spoke and her moms smile faded.
" I don't want them together!" She yelled.
Now they all started talking at once. I was becoming overwhelmed. I got up and ran out the door. I could hear Richard calling out for me but , I didn't listen. I got in my car and sped off.
*knock knock *
" Valeria ? What's wrong? Come in ."
The moment I went in I fell on the ground crying. He picked me up and took me to the couch. He was the only person to ever see me cry.
"Breathe in and breathe out." Geoffrey said to me.
" I can tell you haven't slept. What's wrong ?" He asks once more.
" Yadira doesn't want Richard and I together. It's chaos at the house." I spoke
" Why not?" He asked I shrugged and I cried some more. He held me in his arms and stroked my hair.
Eventually deep sleep came over me and I fell asleep.
Vale is too pretty to cry.
