* beep beep*
The sound of my alarm went off. Today was the DNA test. I looked over to my right and saw Vale wasn't laying next to me. I got up and brushed my teeth. I then made my way over to her room. I saw her door was a little open so I walked in.
" Hey baby , why did you leave ?" I asked and she looked up at me. I could see it in her face she wasn't okay.
" I got my period and I felt yucky." She mumbled
I chuckled at the word yucky. " You could've came back baby , that's part of life." I said kissing her forehead.
" You better start getting ready today is the day."
She slightly smiled
" I'll be back as soon as I can baby , you stay here and rest." I said and pecked her lips. She nodded.
I began to make my way out to my room and I closed the door. I was once again feeling anxious.
Do I still want her to be my daughter ?

I woke up again and I stood in bed. I didn't have the
strength to get up but , I needed to eat.
" Yash ?! Yadi?!" I called out for them.
I got no response therefore I was home alone. I went into the kitchen and made something simple. After cleaning I laid on the couch. I wasn't feeling so good.

I'll be there in 10
No matter what , Joel is my closest guy friend. He knows a whole lot.
In exactly 10 minutes the door bell rang.
" Heyy , oh shit are you okay ?" Joel asked as soon as he saw me.
" I got my period and I've been feeling eh." I said
" well come on , let's go sit." He replied.
We both walked over to the couch. He sat down and I placed my head on his lap. I felt him tense up but , he quickly relaxed. I pulled my blanket over myself.
" Where's Richard ?" He asked
" remember he has that DNA test today." I answered
" oh right." He said and began to stroke my hair.
" let's watch a movie or something." I suggested looking up at him and he nodded.
We were an hour into the movie we were watching when I heard sniffling. I looked up and saw Joel already looking at me. He was crying. I tried my best to sit up.
" please Joel don't cry." I said
" I'm sorry , I try and I try." He croaked
" I really want us to be okay." I said caressing his cheek
" so do I , I mean it when I said I'll be there no matter what. But , it's just that I love you so much." Joel said leaning closer.
" shawty , what's going on here ?" Richard said noticing I wasn't alone and how close we were. We both quickly got up.
" I felt like I had something in my eye so I told Joel to check." I explained and Joel nodded.
" oh really ? Then why are the lights off and why does Joel look like he's been crying for hours. IM NOT STUPID !" Richard shouted raising his voice.
" Look bro nothing happened so I suggest you relax." Joel said trying to calm Richard down
But , that didn't work. They continued to go back and forth. The more they went back and forth the more I felt myself getting light headed. I felt myself go weak. Before I could hit the ground I felt a pair of arms catch me.
" get her pills." Someone shouted
" her pills ?" The other voice said confused.
It all sounded so far and that's when everything went black.
Will Vale be okay ? What do you think happened ?
