I was holding Dumbledore's hand all the way to his office. His hands were freezing cold. I looked up at his face. Dumbledore's face was gentle and old looking, of course. As we made it to his office, he opened the door and sat down. "Please Y/n, sit down" Dumbledore said calmly. I sat down near his desk. I felt guilty of what I had done. This was no way of how to treat a person. Even if they were mean to you.
"Y/n" said Dumbledore. I looked up at him. I knew I was in trouble. "What made you fight Pansy?" I looked at Dumbledore embarrassed. Both of my cheeks went red. Every time I tried to speak my throat sounded like there was a frog in it. "I'm sorry!" I said finally. "I knew I hadn't!" "It was mean of me!" "But Pansy wouldn't stop Dumbledore sir!" Dumbledore raised his hand at me as if I was to stop. I quickly shut my mouth.
"I forgive you, Y/n" Dumbledore said. Tears were in my eyes. I guess I probably looked dumb smiling at him. "Thanks" I said. "But have this" said Dumbledore grabbing a note. "This is for Pansy" I grabbed the letter and stuck it in my robe. "Give that to Pansy when she least expects it" Dumbledore said. He then gave me a wink. When I left his office I was left in tears and with a note. 50/50. Not bad.
