"Good morning my love." Veronica was woken up gently by Robert kissing her forehead and sitting on the bed next to her.

"Morning."

"I made you breakfast."

"Aww you did?" She sat up and moved backwards so that she was against the headboard.

"I did. I have it on the dresser."

You made me breakfast in bed? Ugh why are you the best?" Robert shrugged and kissed her forehead again and got up to get the breakfast tray.

"So, you have a big day today."

"I know. I'm excited though."

"As you should be."

"Hey don't you have clients this morning? It's Thursday."

"No. Not until 11."

"What happened to all of your early clients?"

"I only had 3 early ones. 5,6 and 7. The 5 and 6 moved to pm and the 7 switched to 11. Since I don't live on my own anymore, I moved my schedule around so that I could be home a little bit more."

"You didn't have to do that. You probably won't be seeing me as much as you think now that I'm in the show."

"That's fine. I can just pick up more work."

"ok."

"What time do you have to be at rehearsal?"

"11."

"Oh cool. Until what time?"

"6. It's going to be a long day."

"Make sure you bring lunch and lot's of water."

"I know. I've done this before babe."

"I'm aware."

"You remind me of my dad sometimes."

"I'm going to take that as a compliment."

"It is. He took such good care of me. And you take good care of me."

"What do you think he would say if you told him that you got engaged to someone after 3 weeks?"

"I don't know. I think it would depend on the person. Like, if he met you, I think that he would be super happy. If it were someone like my ex, who he hated, he probably would have been incredibly disappointed"

"What was wrong with your ex?"

"He just wasn't very nice to me. He was pretty abusive verbally."

"I'm so sorry."

"Don't be. I got rid of him a long time ago."

"How old were you?"

"18. We broke up right before my dad died. Like literally 3 days before he died."

"So I just want to say that you and I are equals. We are in this together and whatever you say, will be a valued opinion. If we have kids, all of our decisions will be made together. And even before that, any decision that gets made, will be made by both of us. I will never ever talk down to you or treat you like you don't matter, because let me tell you, you are probably the best thing that has happened in my life."

"Stop! You're going to make me cry."

"Don't cry. That's exactly what I don't want."

"It's a good cry. God, dad would have loved you. Will you- um will you come with me to see him? I know it's weird but I want you to meet him."
