Chapter 16

**time skip- mid run of Heathers-

"Honey come on! We're going to be so late!"

"I'm coming!"

"They're going to be sitting and waiting for us."

"Babe calm down! We'll be fine"

Veronica grabbed her purse and waited by the front door for Robert to finish getting dressed. Her mom and sister were coming into town to see the show and Addie was staying for a month and a half. She was so excited.

"Robert Manion!"

"Veronica Sawyer!"

"Let's go!"

"The more you yell at me, the slower I go!"

"No! Come on! Addie is so excited to see you! You can't disappoint her."

"You're right! I'm coming!" Robert came out of the bedroom and grabbed his jean jacket off the hook by the front door. They walked out to Veronica's car and drove to the airport. Surprisingly, there wasn't a lot of traffic on the way, so they got there quickly. Veronica parked the car and they practically ran to the baggage claim. As they got to the right baggage claim, Robert pointed out the Sawyers coming towards them.

"V!!!" Addie dodged in between people to get to her sister. Veronica held her arms open and Addie wasted no time in running into them.

"I missed you kid!"

"Oh man! I am so excited to be here! We're gonna have so much fun!"

"For sure! I'm glad you're here."

"What about me?"

"Robert!" They younger Sawyer sister broke away from Veronica and went to hug Robert.

"Hey Addie. It's really nice to see you!"

"Look at you guys! My girls and newly adopted son!"

"Hey Melinda." Robert hugged Melinda tightly and then backed up so that Veronica could hug her mom.

"Hi mom! I'm so happy you're finally here!"

"me too sweetheart. Now lets get out of here. I need a nap."

"Yes ma'am."

Robert grabbed their bags and led them towards where the car was parked. They all piled in the car and then headed towards the house. Veronica's mom hadn't seen it since she moved in so Ronnie was excited to show her.

"I can't wait to see the show."

"You are going to absolutely love it. She did such an amazing job."

"Oh stop."

"I'm serious babe. I wouldn't have seen it like 10 times if I didn't think it was amazing."

"Wait, you've seen it how many times?"

"He's been there so much that everyone there knows his name and they know that the first seat to the left of the center aisle is his. It's ridiculous."

"No it's not honey. Your fiancé wants to support you."

"Yeah! Let me support you."

"Don't encourage her Manion."

"Don't tell me what to do Sawyer." Veronica smacked his arm playfully. "Im wounded. I'm afraid I can't go any further, go on without me!"

"Stop being so dramatic."

"Will you two shut up! I'll leave with mom if you guys are going to act all lovey dovey the whole time I'm here."

"Adrianna Michelle. Let them be in love."
