3rd Person POV

After the dance, Jimin decided he didn't want to take the jeep home with his friends, it was late but he wasn't that tired, so he instead wanted to take a nice walk home with Jungkook.

"I don't want you to get cold beautiful." The vampire mumbled as they walked out the doors hand in hand, "I've got a lot of layers on, I'll be fine, I would show the same concern for you but you're always freezing anyway." He rolled his eyes and Jungkook laughed.

"I never feel cold though so it's great. I'm just sad I can't ever give you nice warm cosy cuddles." He pouted and Jimin squeezed his hand with a frown, "I don't need that, we'd just get sweaty anyway, cuddles are great and if you're cold then we can't overheat and we can keep cuddling for as long as we want." He grinned sweetly.

Jungkook felt his heart squeeze a little at the prospect of being able to spend an entire day just cuddling with his adorable tiny boyfriend, "Hm, that does sound great... anything with you is great though. I honestly can't wait for the day we can just be together freely... if it ever comes." He sighed softly and Jimin stopped in his tracks.

"Don't say that. It will happen Jungkookie, even if we have to run away like in those cheesy romance books. I will live happily ever after with you." Jimin frowned adamantly and the vampire chuckled, turning to face him and hold his other hand as they stood in the middle of the path.

"Okay okay, who could ever say no to that huh?" He scrunched his nose at how adorable Jimin looked when he was trying to be all serious. "Hyung~ I really mean it. I would leave everything behind to be with you- after I finish school though..." he added for good measure and Jungkook burst into laughter.

The shorter boy blushed and shoved his boyfriend's shoulder slightly, continuing to walk with Jungkook trailing behind, soft chuckles still slipping from his lips.

"You're adorable Jiminie. I'd never ask you to leave anything behind so you don't even have to think about that. We'll be fine Jagiya." He reassured, catching up to hold Jimin's hand again as they walked together.

The rest of the walk home was quiet, not many cars were out and they had only passed one or two people walking... it was peaceful.

"Can you stay the night?" Jimin suddenly asked as he spotted his house nearing in the distance, he gulped thickly after the question left his mouth, already knowing the answer, "I'll... I'll be there when you fall asleep." Jungkook mumbled, guilt laced in his words.

The younger only nodded with a small sigh, not knowing why he even bothered asking, "I'll speak to my parents tomorrow, ask if I can go to hoseok's for the weekend or something so I can come spend the night with you?" He then suggested, feeling hopeful again.

"Of course Jimin-Ah, I'd love that." They had just reached Jimin's front door and the small boy was feeling that same tightening feeling in his chest, knowing he'd walk in, have to sneak to bed, let Jungkook through the window, only to cuddle for a few hours and for him to be gone in the morning.

"I'm sorry Minnie... I know this sucks, maybe I'll ask Namjoon about everything again, sit down and have a real conversation with him about all this. I know it's risky but I'm sure I can pretend to be normal... I know you want to tell your parents so I promise I'll bring it up again." Jungkook sighed, sensing the sudden disappointment radiating from the shorter boy.

"Okay... I'd really like that, but I know- I won't get my hopes up don't worry." Jimin smiled softly, before gently shoving Jungkook backwards, "see you upstairs~" He winked and the vampire laughed breathily, shaking his head as Jimin disappeared through the front door.

Jungkook sighed as he walked round to the back of the cute little house and stared up at the window. He hesitated, part of him suddenly feeling overwhelmed with guilt... frowning at himself as his mind flooded with negative thoughts.
