I walk out of Aerith's house with a new train of thought. Specifically with Aerith's origins as an Ancient, and the familiarity with Cloud's sword. I continue on until I've left Aerith's residence. My train of thought continues as I'm walking past an abandoned area near Aerith's home.
The sound of fighting tears me away from thinking as my eyes fall upon Aerith and Cloud - fighting some bald guy wearing a black suit! He seemed similar to Reno. Could he have been a Turk too?
"Hey!!" I holler at the three fighting. "That's no fair! You guys get to fight and I don't!?" I jog up to the three as they stared at me, stunned. The guy in the black suit then takes a call on his phone. "Celeste . . ." Cloud says my name, noticing my loud shouts.
"Celeste, what are you doing here?" Aerith dashes over to my side. "Elmyra told me to find you two. Dinner's done." I answer, as my eyes trail over to the bald guy. "Who's that?"
"That's Rude," Aerith answers. "He's not a bad guy-" I cross my arms. "But he fights back?" I questionably smirk. Rude ends his call as Aerith asks, "Got somewhere else to be?"
"Apparently so . . ." Rude sighs. His eyes then meet mine as he gives me an intense stare. "And this?"
"She's also my bodyguard!" Aerith cheerfully answers. "Let's go home, I'm starving!" Aerith and Cloud put away their weapons and turning their backs leaving. I glance at Rude one final time but he suddenly does a motion with his head - indicating that he wanted to speak with me.
Suspicious, yet curious about what Rude wanted to say, I walk over to him, leaving Cloud and Aerith to make it back home.
"You . . ." Rude looks down at me. "Celeste Castel, at your service," I dramatically bow. "Celeste?" Rude crosses his arms - a frown appears on his face. "Your name is Celeste?"
"Uh, yes?" I give Rude a weird look. "Is something wrong with my name?"
"No, no, I wanted to speak with you because I noticed your ey-"
"Ah . . ." I nod, realizing that's what Rude wanted. "People always come talking to me about that."
"They're unusual," Rude answers, as he fixes his glasses. I giggle at Rude's comment. "I get that a lot." "They're almost unhuman like," Rude continues.
