My eyes widen at the folded pieces of paper Rude holds before me. "What?" I manage to find my voice.

"I was in the Science Research Division and did some digging," Rude answers. "There was a book there titled: 'Subjects,' written by Professor Hojo."

"A book?" I ask, more aggressively. "Subjects?"

"I couldn't take the book, since it was on Professor Hojo's desk," Rude shakes his head. "But I did manage to copy down the page that had you in it. Nearly risked my ass for it too."

With Rude still holding the pieces of papers, with much interest and curiosity, I give in and take the papers from him. But I don't open them immediately, instead I meet Rude in the eyes, suspicious from the information I'm told.

"I know I've asked you this before, but why?" I ask - this time with a different look on Rude, and still wondering why he chooses to help me. "Why did you go through all the trouble to give me this info? You work for Shinra for crying out loud! So why?"

The sound of a helicopter arrives for Reno and Rude. Rude just chuckles walking past me and in the direction of the copter.

"Like I've told you, I'm not a bad person . . . sometimes," Rude answers walking past me. "And like I also said before, you can be the judge of whether I'm bad or not . . ."

With that, Rude leaves with Reno on the copter, leaving me to stare at the piece of paper I was given

With that, Rude leaves with Reno on the copter, leaving me to stare at the piece of paper I was given. I glance over at Cloud, Tifa, and Barret, who all seemed preoccupied with someone on the control panel's monitor. But whoever they were speaking to doesn't concern me. What concerned me was why Shinra had a section about me in a book!

I open up the paper and with the contents inside the paper not only frightened me, but an odd anger arises in me. At the top of the paper it was titled:

Subject: Celeste

A fascinating subject indeed. She was always joyful and made friends with all the scientists, members of the Shinra Electric Power Conpany, and even members from SOLDIER.

She a strange little girl for sure, as she was quite welcoming and easily complied when running tests. There are times where I'd even treat her as a child of my own.

I used to believe she was a pureblood Ancient like Ifalna, or possibly half like Aerith, but now I think twice. I believe she is much more extraordinary than a mere Ancient.

A cold chill runs down my spine, as I read about how Professor Hojo talks about me. On the next sheet of paper was a realistic drawing of a blue colored eye, and a very disturbing drawing of a back, with two scars, similar to mine.
