Dreaming of Dhez (Eclipse)

Endless Time

Those  days were spent in idyllic bliss.

Dhez overcame her fear and she always smile now.

We spend our days cooped up in the house.

Yonghwa called from time to time to update me of the situation.

" Hyun, I just want you to know first, Mei posted bail and returned to japan."

I look at Dhez, she was busy gathering the flowers in the garden.

She look up and wave at me.

I decided not to tell her about the news. I dont want to put a dampen on her happiness.

Omma visited us and she was very happy with her.

They talked a lot about the time in Japan and other things.

I've never felt so happy looking at these two women that I love.

We were lying in bed when I told Dhez that I'll be going out tomorrow.

"Hmm... ok, just come back right away." She said drowsily.

"are you sure you'll be ok here?" I asked her.

"hmmm. oemmonie said she will drop by with unnie."

I sighed. I havent told her about Mei yet.

I gathered her in my arms and she opened her eyes.

" Lee Jonghyun," she said tracing my lips with her finggers.

" mmm..."

" your the best thing that happened to me." then she kissed me.

I smiled.

I embraced her tightly and we drifted off to sleep.

There were shouts of  congratulations when we received the award.

Yonghwa me and the others were really happy. 

I cant wait to go home and tell Dhez.

We were already in the van and the guys are excited to see our house.

I took out my phone and was going to dial when it rang.

Its my noona. They must have watched the award on TV.

" Yabuseyo. " I said smiling.

" Hyun, where are you?" she asked.

" Oh we were going there now.The guys wants to see the place to......."

She cut me off, " palli, something happened..."

Yonghwa look at me when I drop the phone.

I asked Bruce to tell the driver to hurry. 

He suddenly look up with concern. " did something happen?"

He didnt wait for my answer and called Mr. Kim and instructed him to go to our house.

I was beside myself with worry.

What happened. 

Dhez.

I called her on my phone.

" .. the number you dialed is out of coverage area..."

I ve never felt so scared in my entire life.

I dialed again but i get the same response.

I threw the phone on the seat beside me.

I was already shouting at the driver to hurry.

"Hyun. Stop it. " Its only Yonghwa's voice that calmed me. 

I look down at my hands. I m shaking.

Im so angry.

Yonghwa tapped my shoulder  " Were here. "

I look up and saw my mom opening the door.

I jumped out of the van and ran inside.

" Dhez! " I called her.

My mouth dropped open. The house is a mess.

Yonghwa and Minhyuk stopped when they saw the broken window.

Mr Kim is already there and talking on the phone.

" Hyun!" Its my omma,  she embraced me, crying.

I heard my sister telling Yonghwa that its already like this when they arrived.

They cant find her anywhere.

There was no trace of her.

I made my way to our room where I left her this morning.

The drawers are turned out and all its contents scattered on the floor.

I sat on the bed. 

I smoothed the place where she usually sleeps.

Where are you.

I cried.

I didnt know that I was crying so loud until my mom embraced me.

" Lee Jonghyun... you're the best thing that happend to me"
