Chapter 1

*Beep Beep Beep*

"Oh great another day of school"... I reached over and turned my alarm off dozing into a world of happiness.

Cris! Cris! Wait up dude. I was on my pennyboard with my best friend growing up, Dylan. We were on our last day of summer. He wanted to do something memorable so we went out for ride and well now we're just going with the flow.

" Alright Alright I'll slow down for you dummy!"

I stop really fast and for some reason Dylan didn't stop so he and his stupid penny board ran into me.

"Owwww your such a clumsy idiot!"

"No I'm not! you're the loser who stopped all of sudden, haha"

"Wow you owe me big time." as i said this Dylan reached over and kissed my injuries (don't worry they were minor ones) I smacked him away but he held me tightly in his arms. "Ewwwwwwww stop cooties!"

"But you loovveee meeeee"

*Beep Beep Beep *

I woke up quickly looking around.... it was just a dream, again. I felt like crying but I forced myself to stop I can get overthis. I need to.

30 minutes later

"Cristina! Hurry up! You're late.... again!", my mother yelled from the bottom of the stairs.

"I'm going mother!" she hates it when I call her that, just as much as I hate her calling me by my full name or almost full name. I'm complicated okay get over it haha

I ran down the stairs said bye to mom and two younger brother, my dad was working already so couldn't say bye to him.

I grabbed my pennyboard from the front poarch and began to ride my way to school. I live in LA so this time its pretty crazy, but I eventually made it to school.

I went through the office and got my tardy pass, the administrators already know me so well so we had some small talk. I said my goodbyes and rode through the hallways, my schools pretty big size so it took me a while. Eventually I got to my third period class, English

"Wow I' m late".

"Yes Cristina you are late! now take a seat." Mr. Frier said.

oh crap I said that out loud

I sat in my usual seat, my friends Tom and Dani laughing at me. I have them for every class and I've gotta say they are the best. Dani is the most rad girl ever, she's also pretty like wow haha, brunette with hazel eyes so you can say lots of guys had their eyes on her. Tom he was just a funny dude who I can trust with anything, he's kinda wimpy and stuff but that doesn't bug me. They've been there for me throughout the whole dilema with my old "friends".

"Okay class today we're going to-" Mr. Frier started but was cut off by our principle, Mr. Torres

"Excuse me, Sorry to interupt Mr. Frier. It appears you will be having a new student" Mr. Torres exclaimed and stopped to motion for the new poor soul to come in. "Lucas Robert Hemmings,"

"Luke Hemmings, please" The tall boy said rolling his beautiful blue orbs, wait did I just call him beautiful? Weird.

"Oh my apologies, Well I hope you welcome Luke into Hester High with a kind and warm heart students" And with that our principle left.

I looked over at him, he was wearing tight black skinnys with one hole on the knee and a nirvana T-shirt, good taste in music. I've been staring at him for over while now that I didn't even hear my teacher calling my name.

"Cristina? Cristina!?"

"Uh Um yes sir?"

"Would you kindly tell us whats so interesting about Luke Hemmings"

With that everyone started laughing at me making me blush like crazy and the new hottie just smile at me.
