After a few hours we both woke up, we took our stuff and we got out of the plane.
"I'm so excited to finally go to Boston." Ashley said.
"Have u guys ever visited Boston?" I asked
"No, we never." Anthony said.
"Okay guys, I'm going to be your private guide for our trip. U guys are ready?"
"Yeah, let's go!" Anne said.
I showed them the most popular pubs and parks.
"Do U guys wanna go to the drive-in?" I asked.
"We would love to go there!" Anne said.
"OK, let's go."
We decided to go to my place to take everything. I really miss my home, where I spent most of the time with my family, where I watched the stars from my window every night. I miss my parents and I think that I should tell my friends. I told it to Mike and I should tell them too.
We both decided to seat a little bit on my couch.
"I Love your place! Where are your parents?" Ashley asked.
"They... They are dead. A year ago my ex was drunk and he was the one that destroyed my family. A car accident, he destroyed the reason why I 've always been happy."
My friends hugged me. "I' m so, so sorry I shouldn't have asked." Ashley said.
"No it's fine, u guys deserved to know it.Btw let's go to the drive-in. I want to spend some time with u guys."
"OK, let's go." Tyler said.
We helped each other until we arrived in my car.
20 minutes later
"OK guys, we're finally here."
"What are we watching?" Anthony asked.
"A sci-fi movie."
"Cool!" Ashley said.
The 2 couples hugged each other while Anthony and I started laughing, we were the only ones single. He took my hand in his and I put my head on his shoulder. He was a very nice guy but he wasn't like Mike. Mike was my universe, even if he literally hates me.
2 hours later
"The movie was awesome. I loved it." Anne said.
"I know. Do u want to watch something on Netflix?"
"U know us too well girl!" Ashley said.
"OK, let's go!"
When we came back home we decided to watch Lost In Space and Stranger Things. I'm so happy to have them, they are my happiness. In that moment I started thinking what Mike was doing. Was he making out with some girl or was he thinking about me? Those thoughts started becoming an obsession for me, I didn't know if he cared about me or just himself and what he wanted.
