I could hear the sirens of the ambulance, I was in the hospital. Everything was blur, I didn't even know where I was I just knew that I was safe.
The hours passed and finally I woke up, I looked outside and I was shocked. I was in Boston, what was I doing in Boston? In that right moment the nurse came in and she was shocked.
"Faith, finally u're awake!" The nurse said.
"Where is my boyfriend Mike?" I said.
"Mike? Girl, your boyfriend Nick is dead as your parents." The nurse said.
"Where is Mike?" I questioned.
"I'm sorry girl but your boyfriend isn't Mike, he is Nick." The nurse said. Was I dreaming about everything?
"Why I'm in Boston, I lived in New York." I said.
"Faith, don't u remember? U had a car accident in Boston and u have been in a Coma for a lot of weeks, almost a month." The nurse said. Then everything was just a dream. Mike isn't real, my brain created him. Everything was just a dream, I've been in a coma for 1 month and everything was just a dream.
" When can I come back home?"I questioned while I felt the tears coming.
" In five days. "The nurse said.
" U should sleep well, see u tomorrow Faith and if u need me u could just call me. "
" OK, thanks for everything. "I said.
Everything was just a dream, I need to get out of here, I need to come back to New York I can't stay here in Boston. Mike, I need u.
The minutes passed and I decided to pack everything and come back home, i can't stay here any longer, this place is my nightmare.
When I was sure that everyone was sleeping, I got out of my room. The hallway was like a desert, with no lights nor a human being around. I was walking in an empty hole without happiness. Everything seemed so unreal, like I was dreaming and I could wake up in a few hours, I can't believe that Mike isn't real, he was my universe and I can't live without him. I looked outside and the stars were so bright, they were illuminating everything with their happiness. At the end of the hallway I could see the end of this nightmare, I started running until I finally opened the door.
The street was empty, anyone was outside, I was the only person walking in the street, alone.
The minutes passed until I saw my parents' house. I came in and I just cried dried tears, everything seemed so real but it actually wasn't. Tomorrow I'm going to buy a ticket for New York I can't live here any longer, I need to find Mike and I'm going to find him no matter what, I'm going to find my universe.
