Revelations [Lelouch x reader][Editing]

Chapter 2

  I followed Shirley to lunch, but Lelouch and Rivel went off on their own. "They better not go off to gamble again!" I listened to Shirley complain as we got our food. 

  "They gamble?" For some reason, this surprised even though Lelouch seemed like a slacker.

  "Only Lelouch gambles. But they're both on the student council! They're setting a bad example." Shirley suddenly screams out as a tall blonde grabs her from behind.

  "Oh, I wish how my darling Lulu would stop gambling so much and start spending more time with me!" The blonde teased her, but it made me a tiny bit irritated even though I had no reason to be. I don't even know Lelouch or the others. 

  "M-Milly!" She looks at the beautiful blonde flustered as we both turn towards her a girl with glasses. 

  Milly giggled, "so Shirley, are you going to introduce the new girl to us?" Milly took a closer look at me, "wait, I remember you! You're Y/n. I haven't seen you in so long!"

  I tilt my head a bit, "Are you, Milly Ashford? We saw each other last back when we were young children." 

  "You two know each other?" The girl in glasses looked at us and Shirley was also curious about how we knew each other.

  "Y/n and I used to see each other at parties as children since we're nobles. But Y/n is special." Milly looks at me with a smirk, "she's engaged to Prince Schinzel. Oh, how I wonder if there are any special romantic moments between you two!" 

  I smile softly, "well it was arranged, but Schinzel and I are quite close. I feel content marrying him." My heart suddenly pained me, but I keep on smiling through it. Am I doubting Schinzel? Is that why my heart pains me or is it because I am unsatisfied? I have no reason to be since he gives everything for my family and me to thrive on.

  Shirley looks at me, "I didn't know you were engaged Y/n! I feel like I've been disrespecting future royalty."

  "No-no-no. I actually like being casual with you Shirley." I smile happily at her," and I'm glad that I got to meet you again Milly." I look at the glasses girl, "we haven't introduced ourselves yet, but I hope we can be friends as well." 

  "Oh, I'm Nina," she looks at me shyly and she's so cute as well. This school has so many cute girls. 

  I suddenly get bumped into by a red-haired girl, "I'm sorry..." She looked at me weakly. 

  "It's okay." I smile at her as she walked away. "Who was that? Isn't she in our class, Shirley?" 

  "That's Kallen Stadfled. She takes off of school a lot of cause of how sick she is." 

  "Well enough of that, let's go find a spot and eat. I'm starving!" Milly leads us to the courtyard and we all eat our lunch there. Somehow Lelouch and Rivel were able to make it to our next class on time. 

  Shirley invited me to join the student council and told me she and her friends are there too. I would've already joined since Milly and Shirley are in it, but I would've hesitated at first if it wasn't for the fact that Lelouch was also in the student council. I feel like he stares at me during class, but maybe my head is just in the way of the board or I am just imagining things. 

  Milly helps me settle into the student council and the work is actually fun. I don't know what kind of things Schinzel wants me to learn, but I hope this is one of them. Every so often I catch a glimpse of Lelouch or Shirley and Lelouch. I really wonder why Shirley fell in love with him. Right now, he's a complete mystery to me. 

  After the meeting ended, I walked to the dorms with Shirley. She asked if I wanted to go eat dinner with her, but I declined and stayed in my room instead. I lay down on the bed and I stare at the blank ceiling. "Just why does he look so familiar...Did I see him anywhere before today?
