Felix POV:

Marzia and I sat down at the table. I sat next to Ken and he gave me a wink and a pat on the back.

"Way to go, bro" he said.

I smiled at him "Thanks, man"

We sat down and ate some food, then, I stood up and clinked my spoon on a glass.

"I have something to say" Everything went quiet as everyone's attention turned to me. "I just wanted to thank you all for coming and sharing this experience with...us" I smiled down at my bride. "This has honestly been the best day of my life and I'm so happy that all of you are here to share it with me" I leaned down to peck Marzia on the lips.

Everyone clapped and "Awww"-ed as I finished my speech.

After the dinner, Marzia and I finally saw the wedding cake. We had seen it before, but it felt so much different now that it was the day we were going to eat it.

We cut a piece of the cake and we both took a little bit of it in our hands.

This is the part I have been looking forward to. I could see Marzia was pretty excited about it too.

She looked at me "Three..."

I continued "Two...."

Then we both said together "One!"

We shoved the cake into each other's faces, laughing because barely any of it made it into our mouths.

Everyone around us laughed and clapped as we finished smearing cake on each other.

Marzia reached to grab a napkin to wipe her face "I got it" I said as I kissed her cheek, kicking off some of the icing. "Mmm...its good"

She laughed as she used her finger to scrape some of the icing off of my chin and tasted it. She nodded and smiled. "It is good"
