Felix POV:

It's getting closer and closer to Marzia's due date. Her stomach was getting so big.

We decided that we wanted to wait until the baby was born to find out the gender, so the nursery is painted green and decorated with baby items friendly for both sexes.

I am sitting in my office, editing a new Fridays with PewDiePie when suddenly, Marzia knocks on the door and enters.

"Felix..." She is breathing heavily and holding her baby bump.

I start to get worried; I stand up and walk over to her "Marzia, what is it?" I lift up her chin so that our eyes meet.

"It hurts..." She manages to whisper.

It is clear that she is in a lot of pain. I realize that the baby must be coming.

"Okay, okay...just hang on. I'll get your stuff and..." I start running around the house, grabbing the hospital bag that we had packed two weeks before, and I call some of our friends to check on our pugs while we're gone. After that, I help Marzia into the car and start speeding in the direction of the hospital.

When I'm about four miles from the hospital, I suddenly hear sirens behind me.

"Shit" I say as I pull over. I look over at Marzia, who has her eyes closed and is just trying to fight through the pain. "You okay?" I ask.

She nods as I roll down my window for the officer who walks up.

"What's the rush?" He asks with a firm voice.

I start explaining "My wife is going into labor with our first child, and I guess I'm just scared-"

He cuts me off "Calm down, it's okay...I understand. Follow me" he walks back to his car.

"Thank you" I say. The cop turns on his sirens and I follow him all the way to the hospital.

When we get there, the doctors rush Marzia into a room and hook her up to all of these what I like to call "beepy-machines" cause that's what they do, beep.

After a couple hours of just kind of waiting around, the doctors finally said that it was time to break Marzia's water.

After lots of pushing, grunting and a few grunts the doctor held up a newborn baby girl.

Once Marzia held the baby in her arms she started to cry. I kissed the top of her head.

"Good job" I whispered in her ear, before I kissed her cheek.

She just kept smiling. "You wanna hold her?" She asked passing me our new child.

She was so soft and warm. I couldn't believe it. I was a father.

This was the best day of our lives. We had a new gorgeous daughter.
