~ Aria walked back into her house with her daughter. Her friends had already left since the house was empty. But she couldn't have anyone around right now. She knew it would be endless apologies and jokes to lighten the room. Pierce was probably on his way to Wisconsin about now but Aria thought it was for the best. She wasn't the right one for him and she knew it.
Walking up the stairs, in her big house all alone, well she had her daughter. That was all she really needed to be somewhat okay. Viviana was her entire life. Even though she loved to give Aria a really hard time, she was just a baby. Her baby. Her and Jimmy's baby. What will she do now? She really didn't want to go out. One step into the outside and the media will eat her alive, literally. Where do you go from here?
~ Opening the door to her bedroom, she turned on the light and sat the car seat down.
"Hey."
Aria turned around and jumped. "Jesus! You scared me."
"Sorry I didn't mean to." Jimmy chuckled.
"What are you doing here?" She asked him.
He rubbed his hands on his pants, "I- I didn't want you to be alone tonight, with all of this going on."
Aria nodded, "I'm alright, you don't have to stay."
"But I want to." Jimmy came forward. "This whole thing got me thinking. I really wasn't genuinely happy with her, like I was with you. When we got married, it was the best decision I have ever made. And when I cheated again, it was the dumbest decision I ever made. But I just need to know one thing Aria."
"And what is that?" She took Viviana out of her car seat.
"Do you still love me?"
Aria looked him in the eyes, "Jimmy I never stopped loving you. No matter how hard I tried to get rid of my feelings for you, I'll always love you."
He walked up to her, gently pulling her in for a hug. Viviana had woken up and stared at her parents in awe. Her eyes were definitely like Jimmy's. So was her smile and her dimples. Jimmy had one hand holding Aria's waist and the other on his daughter. They were complete. They were a family. They were finally together. Viviana didn't cry. She was calm. In fact, she just stared up at her parents. Almost as if that's what she was waiting for. If it was just her and Aria, she probably would have been crying and fussy, making it a long rough night for her mom. But she was quiet.
