Louis' Pov.

It's only five in the morning and I find myself awake, in the kitchen drinking a nice cup of tea. Another sleepless night. With Harry being awake now, and doing much better, I thought I would finally get a taste of peace and sleep well. I spent majority of the night thinking of him - the way he reacted to seeing Liam, these lucid dreams - and I'm more than curious to know what happened in them. So far, he revealed that Liam died; however, it has been a month's time, so I'm sure he's holding back on more. Liam tried to be strong, per-usual, but he actually had a bit of a break down when we got home from the hospital. A part of him feels like Harry will forget him, or be scared to be near him. Maybe, their friendship will be a little on edge until Harry makes a full recovery. They'll be running tests on him later today.

I took another sip, allowing the hot liquid to tunnel its' way down. I set the cup down on the coaster, running my fingers through my fringe; I haven't been keeping up with my appearance, usually throwing a beanie over my hair, facial hair starting to grow in, and everything seems so stressful. Every time one problem is fixed, another arises. I unlocked my phone, opened up the twitter app and strolled through my timeline. Usually, I avoid my interactions, due to them not always being pleasant. I continued to scroll and came a across a tweet from Liam, which was sent out only five minutes ago.

@Real_Liam_Payne: Harry's doinggg well. Continueeee to keep himmm in yourr prayers xx

I chuckled a bit at his extensive use of letters. I'm guessing he's woke as well. I went to the sink, rinsing out the remainder of my tea, then set the cup in the sink. Making my way out the kitchen, I turned the lights off - thinking I should check on Liam. I made my way upstairs, quietly, discouraged to wake up the remainder of the flat. Edging near Liam's door, I could hear the tapping of his fingers against, what I assume to be, the keyboard of his laptop. "Liam?" I knocked twice, then opened the door. The light from the laptop illuminated throughout the dark room; his eyes met with mine, sending me a small smile.

"Hey, Lou. I'm guessing you couldn't sleep either."

"No, sadly." I made my way over and laid in the spot next to him. The light shined bright on my face, causing me to squint. "How are you feeling after yesterday?"

"Um, a bit better. I just have to get use to the changes that might take place." He closed his laptop, setting it on the dresser aside.

"Li, he'll be fine. It's not like he lost his memory or anything."

"Yeah, but he was so frightened to see me. I was surprised when he even let me back in the room. I saw the hesitation." This was affecting him more than I assumed. I know Harry didn't do anything with the intentions of hurting anyone. Who's to say we wouldn't have reacted the same way if we were in his situation? The only thing we can do is be there for him, especially when he needs us the most. I didn't want to re-mention how Harry thought he was dead, so that was the obvious answer for his reaction, so I sat there in silent and fiddled with my shirt a bit. Liam let out a small sigh and I could feel he was starting to relax somewhat. "I suppose I am over-analyzing this, but I'm sure you're just as curious as I am to find out the remainder of what happened." I looked his way, his eyes still locked on mine.

"I have thought about it. I was just thinking about it, to be quite honest. I was hoping to get the full story today, when we go visit him."

"He'll tell us on his own time, eventually. I don't think we should force him. You know...for someone who's been in a coma, not gaining any nutrients, food, all of those things...he still manages to look charming." I blushed a bit at Liam's words, though he was very right. Harry's very charming and angelic, to say the least. Good spirit. A bit hyper and giddy around the edges, but he causes no harm.
