Time seemed to go fast for Leanna, she was told by Callandra that werewolves have a 6 month pregnancy then human women it was her last ultrasound the one which would confirm the gender of her baby. Zephyr wanted to go with her make sure she was safe but Leanna told him she didnt need him for the ultrasound and she promised him she would be safe.
The pack doctor smiled "nice to see you again milady now just sit in my chair and we will get this done" Leanna did as she was told being careful of her huge belly. The doctor put some warm clear gel on Leanna's stomach and put the ultrasound wand on "well it looks like your expecting twins my lady" the doctor announced a few minutes later "twins?" Leanna inquired "yes a boy and a girl apparently i suggest you take it easy you could give birth any day now" Leanna nodded and smiled lovingly at her unborn babies.
Leanna got into the limo the carriage was only used for special occasions when old fashion was required she couldn't wait to tell Zephyr about their beautiful children. She laughed softly knowing the fights they got into about the baby's gender Leanna wanted a girl but Zephyr wanted a son to carry on the alpha line since Zachary refused to take the role, Zach didnt want his son to be next in line to be alpha either. Now she and Zephyr both got what they wanted. The thought made her smile.
The limo turned into the black forest and Leanna knew something was wrong "Harold, where are you taking me?" the limo stopped at a dark mansion, the gate had the symbol of the Fallen Star pack on it. The driver turned around and took off his shades and hat to reveal Vaughn "hello Leanna " was his evil reply. Leanna screamed but Vaughn quickly put a cloth over her mouth one soaked in chloroform. The chemical did its work within seconds Leanna passed out.
Vaughn smiled softly "you and me would have been the ultimate pair and our children would have been the most powerful slayers of all time" he traced a finger on her soft lips noticing Leanna's round stomach with wide eyes. Frowning Vaughn drove on into the courtyard parking in front of the doors where Asarious was standing there waiting "about time, bring her inside and chain her to the table while we wait for Zephyr to arrive.
Leanna awoke in a strange room looking down in a panic but sighed in relief that her babies were still inside her. She noted being chained to the table forcing her to lie on her back. She saw Vaughn appear out of the shadows "why did you bring me here?" she asked him "for simple revenge, your so called "mate" stole you from me when we were destined to be married now i see your carrying his evil spawn but i suppose that didnt take you long did it?" he spat a voice came from a desk along with the sound of writing "easy Vaughn last thing we need is you killing her out of rage we still need her" Leanna saw Asarious sitting at the desk "what do you want with me?" Leanna asked "we want you as bait to lead your poor husband to his death" she gasped and struggled to get free.
Leanna was sleeping a few hours later tired from struggling. She awoke though to a hand caressing her stomach feeling her shirt raised, she opened her eyes to see Vaughn touching her where her and Zephyr's babies were "stop touching me" Leanna growled out "its just a thought really but this could have been mine" Vaughn told her looking down at her belly "why kidnap me?, your not gonna win this one, you will be the one who dies not Zephyr" Leanna looked away "don't be over confident my dear, its Zephyr's excecution then it will be yours along with the monsters you two bred, what would a respected slayer like myself want with a no good tramp that betrayed her kind?" Vaughn left leaving Leanna sobbing.
Meanwhile
Zephyr was waiting for Leanna to return with the news about their children hoping desperatly she was carrying a boy but as the hours went by, Zephyr knew something was wrong. His fears comfirmed when a letter from Asarious arrived
Dear Zephyr
We have your pretty little mate. She is lovely when shes glowing since she is carrying your pup, come and get us at my manor in the dark woods. Prepare to fight well little prince for it will be your last. Your eyes before me and Vaughn finally kill you will witness as we cut open Leanna's stomach and leave her bleeding to death the horrific death of your child.
King Asarious
Zephyr growled in anger, he shifted to his wolf form and howled loudly out of anger and grief on the cliff. Aramis, Zachary and Marcus arrived where Zephyr was in their wolf forms " what happened my son?" Aramis thought to Zephyr "Asarious kidnapped Leanna with the help of Vaughn Van Helsing as revenge for me taking her, they are gonna kill her and my child if they succeed with my death" Zephyr told him "that will never happen bro, we will kill them first Leanna will be safe trust me" Marcus encouraged "might not be that easy guys" Zachary warned "why not Zach, they are only expecting Zephyr to come fight not 4 of us" Marcus told him shaking out his brown fur "very well, lets do this get Leanna back so i can go home to Elli"
All four of them took off into the forest in order to save Leanna and the child hoping they wouldnt be too late to stop them
