"nevermind, goodnight i'll see ya in the morning," he huffed "oh and your taking the baby home with you tomorrow." he said before hanging the phone up

shit i can't bring that baby home. if my dad hears it go off while he's asleep, he's gonna get so pissed and hit me 😭

my bald headed dad and his stank ass gf were fast asleep when i woke up so i grabbed a granola bar to eat and left

"i- i got in a fight with my s-sister and she punched me in the eye," i lied "no biggy tho."

i ignored him and sat down in my seat resting my head on the table

"hey jaylen." i heard a familiar voice say and i picked my head up to see who it was

"oh hey alejandro." i smiled

"woaah, what the hell happened to your face?" he asked sitting down scanning my face

"she got her ass beat by her sister." mattia said beating me to it

"i could've said it myself but okay." i mumbled

"damn are you okay?" he asked with a concerned face

why does he care? is he just being nice cuz im lonely ash and no one likes me ?
