What up my lovelies?! Have I ever told you you're perfect? Well, you are and so is music, so let's get to it!

Don't be surprised, but number 1 of the hot 100 remains the same, yep it's Rude by Magic!

17 weeks on top, let's see how much longer it lasts. If you haven't heard it, your music knowledge is falling behind.

Number 1 album on the charts is still the Guardians mix

Is it me, or is time standing still? Doubtful... but hey, The mix tape is awesome! So let's keep listening. If you notice I provided a different song from it 'cause Bowie's lovely!

Oh Goodness! What's news to you is news to me and the news is:

Kathy Griffin challenges Nicki Minaj to a boo-tay-off! Yep, the comedian vs. the rapper. This could be good. Instead of the Ice Bucket Challenge, it's all about the cheeks. And I'm not talking the face kind. Although, Griffin comments that it's non-charitable. Oh well, it'll still be fun to watch. Who knows who will win. Nicki's got some moves, but Kathy's funny.

Here's something that's causing outrage in the music industry, Musicians have to pay to play the halftime show for the Super Bowl! Before the NFL would pay the band's expenses, but however did not pay the band, now the band actually has to pay them! No band pays to play, the play to get paid. The NFL reportedly invited Coldplay, Katy Perry and Rihanna to submit "pay to play" bids of unknown value for the halftime show. All of which laughed and passed on the offer. It's all just a huge market scheme since the NFL noticed that previous Super Bowl performers were receiving a large sum of money from their Super Bowl tours. No agent, or band for that matter, sees it working. So either the NFL gives in and goes back to the regular deal OR there's not going to be a band this year. This will be fun to see play out.

Ariana Grande has clarified the comments she made about her ex cheating with another guy. The young singer hit headlines earlier this month when she told Attitude magazine that a former boyfriend had been unfaithful with another man. But now Ariana has insisted her quote was 'twisted' and about someone she only dated for a brief period. The "ex" was just a quick fling and she wasn't even upset. She kind of went on with her life, letting it roll off her shoulder with a shrug. She then followed up with telling the reporters that even if it was an ex, she would be more hurt if it were a girl and not a boy. Why she didn't really specify, but hey it's all cool now.

Now 'tis time for yee favorite part! This weeks joyful sound comes from the inner workings of...
G. Love, Jack Johnson, and Donavon Frankenreiter

This is just a sesh between them, though they tend to play a lot together. Jack and Donavon are former professional surfers. Some famous songs from them include: Upside Down by Jack Johnson (most known from Curious George), Move By Yourself by Donavon Frankenreiter (from Fantastic 4), and Hot Cookin' by G. Love (from Baby Mama)

Stay Rocking sexy,
