At the lair, Ratigan was sitting at the top of the tower, in his own hand-made throne. He was getting fanned by his thugs, drinking lemonade. A few moments later, he heard grunting up the gears, in the clock tower. It was Miss Kitty and the henchmen, that he sent to capture her.
"Get off me! I mean it!" She screamed, kicking and punching.
But no matter how much she resisted, they were too strong, and kept a firm grip of her. She even tried kicking them in their crouch; still no use.
Ratigan smirked at her whilst she got closer and closer to his throne. She glared back at him.
"You! I should of known it was you!" She said, angrily.
"Now, now Miss Kitty." Ratigan said, trying to calm her down, standing up from the throne. "You're the one that made this difficult for yourself." He snapped his fingers and a pole from the underground came up. The henchmen tied her feet and arms to it so she couldn't escape. Ratigan gestured his henchmen to leave him and Miss Kitty alone. They scattered out.
"This has gone far enough!" Miss Kitty said, temperately. "Where is Olivia's dad?"
"That's not your concern, sweetheart." He mocked, circling her. "You and I have unattended business. I think you know what I mean." He grabbed her by the chin to make her look at him. She pushed him off.
"How dare you! Thinking you can kill my sisters and expect me to be your pleasure toy still? I don't think so."
Ratigan sniggered.
"May I ask, have you told, the litte second rate detective your little secret?" He asked, cheekily.
"What little secret?" Her temper was rising again.
"You know perfectly well what I mean." He looked at her, and he could tell in her eyes she knew. She was outbeaten. Her head dropped and her anger was all gone. She felt nothing but hopeless. Ratigan cackled.
"I knew you didn't."
Miss Kitty started to panic. She knew the more information Ratigan knew, the more he would use it against her.
"Ratigan, please. He was the only one that would take me in. I don't want to be thrown out of there after just settling in. Do not take something else from me." She explained with a shaky voice. She was starting to tear up.
Ratigan's smile faded. The look of Miss Kitty's eyes were real. He could read her like a book. He snapped his fingers for all his henchmen to come back in. They all circled around the two.
"Now I see perfectly." Ratigan began. "You're growing feelings for the detective, aren't you?"
There was a long suspense silence. She could feel the fire burning. All eyes were on. She looked around, they were all waiting, anxiously for a reply. She bravely looked back at Ratigan and nodded. The henchmen burst out laughing for a good ten seconds. At the same point, Ratigan's temper was building up- his face getting redder and redder by the second.
"QUIET!" He yelled at his thugs. And they were.
He looked disappointed at her. He almost gave her a friendly smile and then slapped her right across the face. His anger still high as a kite. She was panting, trying to ease the pain out, hiding her face. He tutted her, taunting.
"Imagine his reaction when he finds out you were his archenemies whore."
She slowly turned her face back to his.
"That was a long time ago!" She dowelled.
"It still happened." He grinned. He moved closer to her, and he starting stroking her right leg, upwards, all the way up her body until it reached the edge of her face. He was only a magazine spot distant from her. She started whining. She knew that that was it, she blew Ratigan over the edge. And she knows what comes next.
"Do I need to remind you how it was all those years ago, before you try your skills with the detective?" he teased, stroking her boob.
"He isn't like that." She replied, now crying.
"Oh! So that gives me more of an excuse to bring back old times sake. I bet an ex-whore will be gagging for it. Let me remind me how good I am."
He pulled her off the pole and carried her into a private cell.

Outside, at the bottom of Big Ben, were Basil and Olivia. They both looked up, horridly at the height difference between them two and Big Ben himself. Without wasting time, Basil went to his 'thinking palace.' Olivia studdied him, more than the tower. She was more focused her feelings towards him, then the case at that point. She was also touched at how Basil spoke to her about her idea earlier on.
"Basil..."
"Not now, Olivia." He interrupted. "I'm trying to think."
"No, listen. This is kind of important." She muttered, looking at the ground.
He turned to her. She had his full attention.
"This is really hard to tell you, but..." She took a deep breath, "...the reason I-"
Just then they heard rustling in the bush. They both turned to it. Olivia moved closer to Basil to try and keep safe.
Just then, Bill the lizard popped out of a bush. He was holding a gun, aimed it towards them.
"Don't move a muscle." He warned them, both.
From behind Basil and Olivia, were two, strong build, mice who grabbed one each and covered their mouths so they wouldn't talk or Olivia wouldn't scream. Bill tied their feet and hands together and covered their mouths with a buff. The two mice placed them down on the mucky floor.
"Well, well, well, look who it is." He taunted with a smile.
Basil and Olivia glared at him the entire time he spoke.
"Professor Ratigan has been waiting for you two to reunite for 10 years. The night has finally arrived. Only this time, he will come out alive at the end." Bill said as he knelled in front of Basil. He grabbed a part of his face.
"10 years and you still haven't aged. That's amazing, Detective." He then slapped Basil across the face. Basil grunted and turned his head to the side. Olivia squealed at the moment. She started to whimper, as she couldn't bare to see him get hurt right in front of her. Bill then turned to Olivia.
"Oh, now now, Miss. Calm down. My boss won't hurt Basil." He came towards her, same height level and held her chin up. "Much." He snickered. Olivia started to struggle out of the ropes, but it was no use.
"If I were you, Miss, this detective here should be the last thing you're worried about, since closer to home is more at steak."
Bill shown Olivia a small computer device where, in the clock tower cell, was a CCTV. She could see on the screen, that her father and Fievel were being whipped and punched by Ratigan's thugs.
"NOOOOO!" Olivia muttered, under the buff. She eventually managed to rip the buff. "LET THEM GO!" She screamed at the top of her voice, as tears strolled down her face.
"Oh we'll let them go, once Professor Ratigan is ready for both of you." Bill cackled. Olivia was crying hysterically.  "It's not just them, you need to worry about."
The computer screen turned to another room, where Miss Kitty was just lying on the floor unconscious. Her clothes had been ripped and she had scars and scratches all over her body. She was even bleeding. Olivia and Basil both gasped in horror. The camera then pointed towards, Basil and Fidget. Poor Fidget was tied up, and being beaten alive. Ten times worse then what they were doing to Fievel and Hiram.
"You lead that Detective and that GIRL to my lab, didn't you!" Ratigan asked, aggressively after punching the bat in the stomach." Fidget could hardly speak or breath for that matter.
"The girl has the right to know where her father is." Fidget struggled to say.
Ratigan came up close to Fidget's face.
"You were never a trustworthy sidekick." Ratigan let out a growl and twisted Fidget's neck, killing him. Olivia gasped. "No." She whimpered.
Bill cackled. "Put them in the tower, the boss we'll deal with them later."
The two mice, took them both by the shoulders and dragged them up to the top of the inner clock, where the cell was. To their advantage, they were untied and were able to speak to one another. But they were completely trapped. Olivia couldn't get out to save her father and her best friend. She couldn't stop crying. She thought this was it. She was at the cage cell, trying to listen to what was happening, but couldn't hear a thing. It didn't really help that she was crying so loudly. Basil watched her, feeling extremely guilty. Crying woman made him feel quite awkward, so in that case, he didn't know how to calm her down. All he could do, is try and think of a way out.
At that moment, she heard someone come up the stairs. She moved slowly away from the door, beside Basil. It was two of Ratigan's thugs with- her father. He was walking fine, so not much damage had been drawn to his body.
"You have two minutes!" One of the thugs said, unlocking the cell and pushed Hiram into the cell. They both guarded the door.
"Father!" She cried, running into his arms.
"Olivia, you're alright." He replied, in relief.
"Where's Fievel?" She pulled away from his embrace.
"He's just fine." He smiled at his daughter.
Basil approached Hiram.
"I'm so sorry, Flaversham. This wasn't supposed to happen."
"Don't blame yourself, Basil. I can only thank you for protecting my daughter again."
Basil smiled. "The pleasure is all mine."
Just then, Ratigan barged in.
"Well, what do we have here? Another reunion? I can't believe I wasn't invited to this."
Basil angrily charged for the Rat but his two thugs stopped him and held him back. Ratigan cackled.
"Why, hello there Basil. Long time, no see."
Basil pushed the thugs off him.
"It's me you want! Let Flaversham, his daughter, Miss Kitty and... the other guy go!" He demanded.
"Basil, you humiliated me, and because of you I had to go into hiding for 10 years. You took my life away from me. Now, I'm going to remind you, whose boss. And that you'll always be a second rate detective."
The thugs pushed Basil and Olivia to the ground and locked the cell, outside the cell, the thugs got Mr Flaversham on his knees, and that moment Ratigan pulled the trigger to Mr Flaversham's head. Birds outside, scattered and flew away. Mr Flaversham's head, hit the ground and it sounded like an earthquake. His eyes were fixed starring, and blood, was running out of his head.
Olivia screamed in despair, and fell on the floor as she watched her father, be taken away from her. this time for good.
She burried her face in Basil's chest and he patted her back to try and calm her down. He, himself was in great shock. Who could possibly look after Olivia now?
