(Hopes POV)

I was sitting on my couch with headphones in talking with Holly about my few weeks back in Los Santos. Everything wasn't as fast paced as Liberty City was, but I was so glad to be back home. I was writing a small list about a couple of things I wanted to get done within this month till I saw Holly waving her arms to get my attention. I looked at the computer as she brought her fist together and bumped them together twice, one of her silent signs she taught me that she used with her group. The sign was someone was in the house that neither of us knew.

"Hey Holly, I'm gonna go take a shower now. We'll talk later alright?" I said loudly. She nodded her head and touched her elbow twice, she was going to call whoever lived closest to me for them to come over.

I barely closed the laptop and had her still on the call, so she'll be able to hear if something happens if she didn't hang up of course. I look around me and don't see anyone in sight. I take off my headphones and look behind the couch, no one still there. It might be one of the guys playing a prank on me, but from what's been happening, I can't take any chances. I made sure my switchblade was still in my sweatpants pocket, it was. I kept my hand on the handle of it and slowly walked to the kitchen, still clear from anyone.

I felt a hard hit on my shoulder and fell on my face. I turned on my back and saw two guys in black suits and tight black ski masks over their heads. The one closes to me holds out his pistol and puts his finger on the trigger. I kick my leg at his arm and knock the gun far from us. I push my self up as the other guy runs to me to try and pin my hands. I elbow him in the throat and punch him in the gut to make sure I knock the wind out of him. He falls on his back and grabs onto his chest. The first guy pulls out a knife but I grab his hand and with all the strength that I have, push it away from me as he struggles to try and get a stab in.

"HOLLY CALL EVAN NOW!" I screamed as loud as I could. If she couldn't hear me, surely at least one of my neighbors did.

I was able to knock the guy's knife also out of his hands and kick him back away from me as I ran over to the gun. I felt a hand grab my ankle and pull me towards them. I fell again and reached for the gun, it was just out of my grip. I kicked at whoever had my grip but it just made their grip tighten. I flipped over so I was on my back and sat myself up. I threw a punch at the side of the guy's head who had my grip and he let go of me.

The other guy was already reaching for the knife which was closest to him. I yanked his arm and tightly pinned it behind his back, to the point if where I pushed hard enough I could possibly break or dislocate his arm. I kicked the back of his knee in letting him fall to the ground, I grabbed the knife and stabbed him in his back he yelled out in pain. I was going to go for another stab but the guy on the floor pinned my arm behind my back and put me in a tight chokehold. With my free arm, I kept hitting him in the side with my elbow, he still didn't let go and I was starting to feel lightheaded from the lack of oxygen.

The guy with a knife in his back yanks it out and gets up. He points the bloody knife at me and goes to stab me when a silenced pistol goes off and the guy with the knife has a small bullet hole going all the way through his head. The blood splatters on me, even getting in my mouth. He falls down to the ground, dead on the spot. My eyes dart to where the shot came from,  gray shorts and a black sleeveless shirt that said Metallica on it lead up to the famous orange, white, and black owl mask. Evan keeps his silenced pistol pointed at the guy behind me.

"LET HER GO OR YOUR NEXT!" He yelled. I was grabbing at the guy's arm to try and get a breath in. I was really becoming lightheaded now. I felt a pistol press up against the side of my head.
