Another photoshoot is in the works! I'm downloading more pose packs so there are more poses to choose from, but enjoy this teaser photo of Evan in the meantime! And yes... it is chapter 69... will I do something? Hope doesn't know for she usually writes these little notes at the beginning of the chapter. The song is You Don't Own Me by Grace ft. G-Eazy!
(Hopes POV)
I turn up the volume on my headphones and hit eight on the treadmill. Maybe if the music is loud enough, I'll be able to ignore Evan if he comes back into the gym. I start to jog when at the corner of my eye I see Tyler eyeballing me as he gets on the treadmill next to me. Maybe Evan coming back won't be as bad as Tyler being in the same room as me right now. I continue to run but Tyler staring at me is already starting to make me uncomfortable. I take out an earbud and look over at Tyler. I open my mouth to say something but he already beat me to it.
"Do you think you should be running in your... you know... condition." I press stop on the treadmill and pause my music.
"What condition Tyler? I'm perfectly fine, why do you keep acting so weird around me." I raise my eyebrow as he presses stop on his treadmill. He looks past us as John and Luke finally leave the gym, leaving just Tyler and I in here now.
"Can you stop being a fucking ass to me. Why do you fucking hate me so fucking much? I thought we were getting on good terms with each other." I step off of the treadmill and go over to the squat press machine. He follows behind me.
"When did I ever say that I hate you, hm? I have never-" As I sit down on the small seat I look over at him and cut him off.
"You don't have to say it Tyler, how you treat me tells me that you hate me. Not to mention that-" He grabs onto my cheeks with his hand and yanks my head to make me look at him. He kneels down next to me and stares right into my blue eyes.
"Don't fucking cut me off, understand? I can walk out of here right now and go tell Evan why the three of you left when he SPECIFICALLY said not to. Now, we don't want that, do we princess?" He says. I feel my heart sink down into my chest as I stare back into his blue eyes. I shake my head no which made him smirk. He lets go of my cheek but still remains kneeled.
"So, you're blackmailing me. What do you want in return so you don't go blabber to Evan?" I ask as I set the machine to where I want it and start pressing.
"I have a couple of things in mind actually. You do what I ask and I'll stop dropping hints to the fucking clueless man and everyone else that doesn't know." He gets up and goes to lean against the wall, his eyes not once leaving me.
"Fine, I'm not scared of you Tyler. If I need to I'll just take you down again and go tell Evan myself so you have nothing against me." I set the press back into place and look over at a still smirking Tyler.
"Careful what you say princess, you haven't told Evan yet, and until then you're basically my puppet which I can do whatever I want to." I roll my eyes at him as I get up and cross my arms.
"Okay, what the fuck do you want then. Let's get whatever you want done and out of the way, I'm not being your little puppet my whole life. And stop calling me princess, pretty sure Evan wouldn't like you calling me that." His smirk gets bigger as he looks me up and down now.
"And I'm pretty sure Evan wouldn't like it that you aborted his baby without even telling him that you were pregnant in the first place. Besides, you two are taking a break, right? I mean the last thing that I heard, he tries to kill you whenever he looks at you, doesn't seem like good boyfriend material, but I think I know someone that will make a better boyfriend." He brushes a small part of my hair behind my ear. I look at him confused and take a step back away from him.
