Bella and Edward were on their honeymoon and I was at home binge-watching 'The Originals' on Netflix, wishing I could go on holiday to somewhere warm and sunny but alas I was a vampire. Great.
So I lay on my bed, legs against my headboard as my TV played the series. I sighed, utterly bored, with Charlie out and Bella now married. I didn't want to bother Jess and Angela as they were busy getting ready to move away to college, and I would be lying if I said it didn't bother me that I could no longer do that.
Luckily for me, that was when Rosalie decided to join me, and save me from my boredom.
"What the hell are you watching?" She questioned as she stepped into my room.
I didn't answer but instead, paused the program so that the title showed.
"It's set in New Orleans, there's vampires, werewolves, witches, and so on," I explained, unpausing it.
"Well, it's entirely inaccurate," she replied.
I shrugged.
"Don't care. I'm bored and it's entertaining."
"Too bad, because we're going shopping," Rosalie told, pulling me up. "Get changed."
"Have I ever told you that you're the better sibling?" I asked, moving to grab an outfit. I moved towards my bathroom.
"You don't have to tell me, I already know I am," she answered, smiling.
"Well, you are," I called through the door.
"You're the better Swan sibling," she complimented. I chuckled as I pulled my jeans up.
"I know."

After a shopping spree and Rosalie basically insisting she would pay for everything, despite my protests, we arrived back at my house. Rosalie kept reassuring me that she didn't mind paying for everything as they had more than enough money. Eventually, I shut up.
We finished putting everything away and had a movie night as neither of us sleep, unfortunately.
"Have you heard anything from your sister?" Rosalie asked.
"Not much, she just texted me to say they were there but I'm guessing she's busy honeymooning," I answered, shrugging.
There was a pause between us as we both focused on the movie in front of us.
"I heard your conversation at the wedding, about marriage," she admitted.
"Oh."
"I think it's pretty cool that you won't change your views just because you have a boyfriend," she revealed.
"I just never really wanted the whole marriage thing, you know and I get that some people cannot wait for the day they're married and I respect that, but I'm just not bothered. I don't need to marry someone to show them I want to be with them forever," I ranted.
"And I get that, and so does Jasper," Rosalie reassured. "He doesn't care. He loves you."
"I know and I love him."
"Would you move in with him?"
"Yeah, perhaps in the future. It would be nice. I've always wanted one of those old cottage type houses that look like bungalows but have like an attic room," I explained. "And a window seat. I have always wanted a window seat."
"That sounds so cute," Rosalie chuckled. "We should design a house like that for when you guys decide to get a house."
"No Jasper or Emmett, just us two," I suggested.
"Of course, it's a girls project, minus Alice because she'll take over," she agreed.
"This is gonna be dope," I exclaimed, hugging her.

Rosalie and I spent the weekend together, with her at my house to avoid the rest of the Cullen family. It meant we could work on our project in peace. Of course, I wasn't going to move in with Jasper at that time, perhaps a few years in the future. It was just fun to do something.
The project entertained us for a weekend as we searched through magazines and created a poster board of ideas. It was refreshing to spend a weekend doing something normal. Apart from the Sunday morning when we went to feed, which never became normal.
"Okay, but this room has to have a dog bed," I told, pointing to the bedroom we'd designed.
"You want a dog?"
"Yeah, they're so cute," I replied. "I've always wanted one but I was never allowed one. Of course, I'd get a rescue dog because if they aren't adopted in a certain amount of time they get put down."
"Wait? What?"
"Yeah, it's horrible and I just want to adopt them all."
"I don't think there will be room," Rosalie voiced.
"Then we make room," I joked. "Maybe we should just go now and adopt a dog."
"If you want to." Rosalie shrugged, beginning to clean up.
"I was joking, Rosie." I paused as I put away the pens we had been using. "Besides, I still have to get through college, even if it is only online classes."
"Well, when you go to get a dog, legally I have to join you," she informed.
"Don't use my line against me. I make the law, not you," I argued. "But yes, you can come with me to stop me from buying twenty dogs. God knows Jasper won't."
"No, because he just wants you happy, even if it is unrealistic and expensive," she laughed.
A/N This is just a filler chapter since most of Breaking Dawn Part 1 is pretty boring
