Chapter 12

2 weeks later :

Me and nick had been in courts last week fighting to get Quinton as short in jail as possible. At the end of the week they decided to put him in for almost 2 months but we couldn't do anything else.

After our last court we came back home exhausted and found everyone waiting for us in the living room.
"what did they say?" Thomas asked
Then we said everything they told us on court and kouver dragged all the girls upstairs to have a movie night. We talked and talked and then again Charli asked.
" Do you still like Ryland?" as the girls stopped what they were doing to look at me.
"well I really don't know. The day I came back he told me he wanted to talk about what happened he told me to forget the things he said at the night we played truth or dare. I told him that he didn't let me finish what I wanted to say but I didn't want to talk about it at the time. And now I don't know. " I said. All the girls nodded as they understood.
The next day we were all chilling by the living room when Charli decided to break the silence.
" so we know who y/n might like" said said loud enough for everyone to look at me i just went over to Charli and told her to not say a thing. Then I heard Alex say "oh him. Damn good luck" he said and I looked at kouver.
"kouverrrr you are not supposed to say it".
"so now that Alex knows, who is it?" Tony said.
" it's ryla--" i cut Dixie off by placing my hand on her mouth. Then everyone looked at me and I turned red and quickly went to my room.

Ryland's pov

After that I heard my name and y/n quickly ran upstairs. Wait she actually liked me back and I told her to forget about what happened that night. How stupid can I be. All the eyes were one me and the only thing I could do is just ran. " I'll go after her" I said while running up the stairs. Nick was already trying to get in but when he saw me he left.
"hey y/n can i come in?" I said
"leave me the fuck alone nick" she yelled.
"well too bad I'm not nick and I'm coming in either you like it or not" I then opened the door and y/n was crying.
"hey hey hey look at me. There's no need to cry" I calmed her down and when she finally did I asked her.
"is what the girl's said true?" I said and looked at her.
She looked down and said "well it doesn't matter you told me to forget about what happened anyway" I said and layed down with her back facing me. I got up and sat on the floor in her direction so she could see me.
"I didn't want to stress you y/n. I meant the things I said there. I really like you". I said and then she looked at me.
"but idk how I feel. I like you but I really have mixed
mixed feelings that I can't explain."
A tear rolled out of her eye and I wiped it away. "it's OK take your time and I'll wait for you". Then she looked at me and smiled. We found ourselves slowly leaning in for a kiss. Before I could process it her lips were on mine and I kissed back. Then she pulled away and I got up. I said that we should get down cause everyone will be worried. Before I went out the door I heard y/n.
"hey Ryland?" then I turned around to face her.
" can everything that happened here stay here until I make up my mind?" she asked.
"of course princess" I said and we both smiled. I went down the stairs and put a serious face instead of my dump smile. I mean even my heart was smiling.

I got down the stairs and soon after y/n came too. I sat on the couch and I played with my phone.

No one's pov

The day went by calmly and everyone was having a great time. They were all talking to each other and doing stupid things.

Y/n's pov

The door bell rand and I went to get it. It was all the boys from sway. As soon as I opened the door Jaden threw me over his shoulder and he carried me upstairs to my room.
"you need to stop doing that!" I yelled and everyone was laughing and looking at me.
Then Jaden sat me down on my bed and he sat beside me. Before he could start talking i slowly smirked. There was a hickey on his neck. He looked at me with a confused look.
" seems like you've been having fun with Bryce" I said smirking. His eyes went wide open.
"how did you know" he said. They i got up and went to one of my drawers and took a make up mirror and gave it to him. Then he looked at it and he started laughing and I did too. Then he begged me to cover it up and so I did. Then we went downstairs and I saw Bryce had not one but 3 hickeys. Everyone didn't seem to care cause maybe it was normal for him. Then they both got up and they announced that they like each other and it's official. Everyone was shocked but I was clapping and jumping up and down like a 4 year old but then after everyone laughed and they congratulated them. Then after a while we heard another door bell. It was my sister. Then I remembered she didn't know about those kids she only knew them from tik tok. Then I opened the door and smiled. I told her to close her eyes and I told everyone to shut up. I closed her eyes and walked her inside.
"meet my new roommates" I said as I was putting my hand off of her so that she can see. Then she opened her eyes and her jaw dropped.
" guys this is my sister Lila and she lives 5 minutes away from here" I said and then Lila turned to me in shock and everyone laughed.
All of us now were chilling in the living room and I could see Patrick and Lila looking at each other from time to time.

I quickly grabbed Patrick by his arm and I pulled him into the first room I saw. "what the fuck?" he said as I closed the door. " don't wtf me and sit down" I said with a serious tone and he did.
"what can I do for you?" he said and I standed up in front of him. " I see you looking at my sister. If you want to do something it is fine by me but not to soon. You need to get to know her first and if you break her heart I'll break your bones." I said looking at him dead in the eye. Then he got up and hugged me and he said thank you. Then we both came out of the room and I whispered to Patrick to go talk to her as I pussed him on her direction. And Ryland was looking at me. I went and sat beside him.
"is everything alright?" he said. I could sense he's jealous and I smirked.
"yes just helping a man out. Just look at them" I said and pointed at my sister and Patrick laughing.
"oh hell yeah I ship no cap" he said and we laughed.
After that it was getting pretty late and I told my sister she could sleep with us if she wanted to. But she said she'll be back tomorrow morning instead.
